hola todos! this month has been a roller coaster for me! first i got the amazing news of a new job( after being unemployed since may) so i started last week...the good about it is that im working for a very well stablished company and ill be doing technical support for hewlett packard the bad about it (which is one of the good things also) is the working from midnight to 7 am so my life pretty much made a 360š change...specially when it comes to my eating i eat a fast breakfast and go to sleep at about 10 am and then i wake up at 2 to pick up my son from the day care so im getting 4 hours of sleep per day...then i wake up and i feel more tired than hungry so i dont eat much and thats it! i cant eat even if i tell myself i have to! i need help from people who have worked similar shifts before!!!

My husband works swing shift and he has a hard time with the late nights. That's great you got a new job and I'm sure you'll get adjusted with this over time. You'll probably get a routine down after you get used to it. My brother just switched to straight nights too because he likes to stay up late and then sleep in. What time does your son go to bed? I know they will sleep in as long as they can and then try to get a nap before they go to work.

I have been battling asthma lately, too. I noticed Jibbie49 mentioned leaky gut syndrome. Something I read mentioned taking Bromelain for leaky gut. I am going to research that more and will probably start back taking Bromelain regularly. Thanks, Jibbie! Let's kick this asthma! emoticon

I have been reading up on "Leaky Gut Syndrome" through Dr. Mercola, and he and some other medical doctors think asthma is one of the problems from it. It certainly is serious. I have read many articles in YOGA JOURNAL about "breath" and Yoga. consider it for "exercise" for your lungs. emoticon
