My smart goal is to lose 50lbs by June30, 2013.

I am going to break my weight loss goals into 5 lb increments and aim to reach these mini-goals every 3-4 weeks.

My target right now is 5 lbs lost by 12-15-12.

    Oh it is so nice to see someone who is realistic about what to do. It saddens me when I see someone who wants to lose 30 pounds in six weeks or thinks they are plateaued because they have only lost 4.5 pounds in the last three weeks.

Wasted Time

I know I often don't utilize time to the fullest, but I'm not sure if I waste time either. I do like to watch about 3 specific tv shows per week plus the news and a soccer game. I feel like those are things I enjoy, so I'm not too keen on cutting those out. I know where most of my free time goes to: listening to music, food (planning, cooking, eating, thinking about, shopping, or tracking), and hanging out with my family/friends. Currently my best friend and I go to the gym on Sat and Sun. I know both of us have a hard time going during the week. We have made a pact to go right after work on Wednesday, although as of today we have not yet gone on a Wed. I am going to make an effort to go this week. I am also going to see if there are ways that I can work in little bits of exercise into my daily routine.

    You have the right attitude, and an awesome support network in SP. Do you have goals that are important to you, and a timeframe or deadline you really want to hit? Ramp up that FEROCIOUS DETERMINATION, and you'll be unstoppable!
