We have to make a fitness plan for at least three days this week - 30 minutes or more each time to get our points for the Rock-It Team challenge. I'm on the Wave Runners team.
Basically, I plan to dance every night (well, at least 5 nights) at least half an hour, walk a mile (which is 20-30 minutes) every day - but this is weather dependent so I can commit to four days, and hula hoop 15 minutes three times this week or more (also weather dependent).
Sun- Hooped 15 minutes, Walked 20 , Danced 88 minutes, huge strength training abs/core workout
Mon.- Hooped 19 minutes, Walked 37 minutes, Danced 38 minutes
Tues. - Will walk a mile and dance half an hour, hoop
(I danced 52 minutes - after midnight and I record it for Tuesday)
Wed- will walk a mile and dance half an hour, hoop
Thurs.- will walk a mile and dance half an hour, hoop
Friday- will walk a mile and dance half an hour
Sat- walk dog before leaving (driving two point five to three hours to Maine) and walk on beach if possible (if not too late after arriving and not high tide)
