I made a new video for a vlog tonight. It will be posted shortly. It's a pep talk, dance party and update on me.
I attended a SparkLive class tonight (and will be going on Sunday, too). It was fun and informative. Glad to see a couple people I'd met in my first SparkLive class.
I'm cooking salmon for dinner- marinated in low-sodium teriyaki sauce and a little maple syrup. With it I'm going to have a sweet potato. Yummy!!
My knee wasn't bothering me today so I was able to -
Do 25 minutes of hula hooping today ! And the weather was nice enough and warm enough (about 50 degrees) to be outside.
Do a full strength training routine.
Walk a mile with my dog.
Do a Dance Party! (I did about 7 minutes so far and will do more of that after I eat.)
And - I got past the binge I had last night and right back on track this morning with my healthy foods and exercise. Yay! Once I tracked it, I felt better, as it wasn't anywhere near as bad as it could have been (or used to be) and I still had a calorie deficit of -281 due to exercise.
