I am off to a good start, I think. I have tracked my food for three days now and have taken two walks a day for the last three days, which is more than I have done in many months. I have a bit of an obsessive personality, and I can already feel myself starting to obsess.. but I also know it leads to early burn out. My body won't be happy if I walk two miles on the second day or do an hour of cardio/strength combined, and I know I can't sustain that every day. I can reasonably take the long walk up our road, around the cul de sac, and back and then around our road circle at least once a day if not twice. It is .8 mile. I also did some yoga up at the cul-de-sac today which felt good. I am still craving chocolate, but we haven't got any.
My son ate nearly a whole Angel food cake this morning before I got up. OMG.. I couldn't believe it!
