Off track! How did this happen?

I'm not sure how it happened? I was working out p90x every day, then missed a day. Why? Schedule problems. I stopped working out at 6 am and tried the afternoon. My DH hated working out in the morning, but his schedule is always changing. I can't wait for him. I am tired in the afternoons and decide a nap is what I need. Day one miss and I think, "I can make it up on my rest day". Day 2 missed and I think, "I have to work out today!" Day 3 miss and I say, "I am a looser, I knew I couldn't do it". My self talk is not good! I like to be a positive person and work hard, what is my problem?

N,ew start, better start! The flu and getting my wisdom teeth out helped me quit, but I'm back. I like P90X even more the 2nd. time. Today is day 3 of week 1. Here are good reasons to keep going.

1. My digestion is better, less bloat.
2. getting up at 6 am makes me feel like I have more morning to enjoy.
3. getting up at 6 am lets me get up before the kids, a few moments of thought to myself before the line of questioning. (where is the pb, can I play video games, do I have to do math, can i eat brownies for breakfast, can we do a science experiment RIGHT NOW?)
4. I am in a great mood after working out
5. I will loose weight, get stronger and reduce migraines
6. I like upbeat Tony H.
7. It feels great! A workout high!

That's all I can write for now, it's time to start homeschool and Gman (my oldest boy) wants to start a new business!?

This is my first week of p90x and I really like it, but I can only "bring it" half way. I can do 30 min. of an hour work out. At the midway point I feel like I might throw up :) I love the way it makes me feel later in the day. I am so relaxed and tired. My migraines have even been better! Yesterday was Yoga X and it was tough. I loved watching my husband do the yoga with me. Kinda funny, kinda hot! The scale says I actually lost 1.5 lbs this week? Whatever I'll take that. Now I need to keep track in Spark so I can look back on all my effort!


First Few Days still alive!

I am on my third day and still alive. My body is pretty achy and I am tempted to take a break, but want to set my goal on keeping to my plan. I could just take it a little slower. With all this working out I am sleeping great! In fact, I could take a nap right now. HA! Well I'm off to start school with my boys and see if I can get through a 1/2 day of work in a whole day. I have got to start somewhere!

Today I will:
elliptical 20 min.
record my food for yesterday
reset my strength training
take my measurements
do my strength training

God willing!
