Day 3 of My Weight Loss

Well doing good with my walks and when I go for my walk today it will be my 5th time going for a hour walk. I pick up the pace even more everytime I go :) And well my eating has been good the last couple days I have been having cheerios and oatmeal and salads for lunch. And am really watching my measurements. And well lastnight we had chicken lasagna and it was so good and chickens better for you then ground hamburger right? And well tonight we are having the leftovers yum eh?
Well am gonna start some goals for myself:
1)Go for a hour walk 3 times a week
2)Try to get in 3 to 4 miles a day
3)drink atleast 62 ounces of water a day
4)eat salads or veggies everyday for lunch
5)take my calcium and zinc and multivitamin daily
6)Get into the habit of checking my blood twice everyday
7)eat healthy and no junk food or fast food over the weekend

Day 1 again of My Weight Loss (July 12 2011)

Well I started to take my weight loss serious today cause today is my Bday and I turned 29 today so I am wanting to start to take control of my health and weight.
Exercise:
I went last week 2 days for a hour walk so 2 hours of walking adding up last week and today I went for another hour walk :) So thats a start with my exercise and I plan to keep it up. I have the treadmill here and my walking dvds and workout dvds and my Zumba at home for back up if I dont feel like a walk or I can do it with it right? Feels good. I am so tired out when I get home from the heat but its worth it and I always take my water with me when I go so thats good. Lets see how much I loose from my walks.
Diet:
Well yesterday I had multigrain cheerios for breakfast and then sausage and rice for dinner. I watched my portions and I had lots of water and green tea :) Gonna keep up with my det Ill keep you posted k :)

Todays Weight: 140
Hoping next weeks weight will be 137 to 138 lets see right?
Waist measurement: 38
Hoping to get down to 35 I know inches matter most also.

Day :1 Week:1 New Day New Start New Me :D

Well I just wanted to post a blog about my new adventure with weight loss :) Well over the weekend we have purchased a treadmill and I think it was a great investment and we finally got it put together and in a place we want it. So today is my first day of doing the treadmill and lets see how that goes. I am hoping to see results in my weight and my blood sugar. Along with eating right and healthy and lots of water and getting my sleep and vitamins lol I can attain my weight loss. So come with me on this journey as I will post my results and etc on my blogs :) My weight right now is 132 and would like to be 125 to 120 so lets see if I can get there :) Keep you all posted. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Drs Apt Oct 6 2009

Well went to the drs yesterday Oct 6 and well my scale and my drs scale is 4 pounds different and my scale was 135 and his was 139 so yeah a 4 pound difference oh well as long as I know now. Well my blood sugar was 13 a little high but better then what it used to be and lately my blood sugar has been 8 to 10 so yeah its been better gotta keep it up. And my cholesterol was 3 and my tryglicerides was 6 and they were around 10 to 20 before so scary crazy high and my dr said with the levels there at right now that I am back on track :). So I know the next time it will be better I will prove to myself that I can do it just gotta push myself. Keep you posted and may all your weight loss goals be met :) emoticon emoticon

    Dr.'s scales always seem to weigh a bit heavy, don't they? But that's awesome news about your blood sugar & cholesterol numbers. emoticon

Weekend of Sept 26 and weigh in for 28

Well this weekend was good we ate good we made 2 great recipes we made a stir fry for Saturday and crispy chicken Sunday night it was chicken legs with bread crumbs and olive oil and spices and it was yummy and we had it with a side dish. As for exercise we had such a busy weekend that we only went for 1 half hour walk and thats about it. Weighed myself today and was 135 so I am up 2 pounds. Gonna get exercise in today.

    Howdy,
So it sounds as though you are excited about this and that makes me believe that with patience you will succeed. Just remember not to beat yourself up if your weight fluctuates or you cave into a craving. You are human after all and your weight also depends on your cycle and the time of day it is. Life is too short to not enjoy your foods. I always allow myself to eat what I want, I just take smaller portions. and if it is something you can't keep your hands off and must finish once started (I think we all have something) than just take a handful and put the rest away immediatly. If they are out of sight the temptation is not so strong.
