Winter Blues

Even though I love the snow and winter weather, having bad luck this month with having to replace a furnace, frozen pies and the financial strain this all causes, I just want the bad luck to stop. Of course this causes emotional problems so I have not been as great as I should have on this weight loss journey. Just need to try and move on.

    My month of January was bad also. I had three things happen and then they straightened out. So hpoping the month of February will be better tous all. With the weight I have lost I am able to handle the stress better. emoticon All things are possible.

    A very wise woman (my mother) once told me that things always happen in 3's. Sounds like you've had your 3. Believe,now, that things will get better. She also used to tell me, "this too shall pass". She was usually right! Good Luck! emoticon

Ready for the weekend. Have a cold front moving in, not ready for that. Have a couple of get togethers this weekend but going to limit myself not deprive myself.

It has been 2 weeks now since I started this journey for the very last time and proud that I have made it for the 2 weeks straight. Hopefully it will all keep going in the right direction. Thankful for all the support from my spark friends.

Having trouble with standing and walking too long due to getting pain in back and numbness in my legs. I have decided to go back to the treadmill was able to do 5 minutes this morning, I know that isnt a big deal but for me it is. And did the 11 minute seated cardio workout.
