Goals

*Lose at least 20 pounds in the next 8 weeks (2 months).
*Drink 8 glasses/bottles of water a day
*continue to shape my diet and eat healthy
*Lose some inches!!!! (these genetics in the hip and butt area are really killing me)
*workout and stick to a regimen

...if i think of anymore I will add them to the list.

I know this is a little over due. However, never to late. So I am not sure of my actual weight at the moment. But I was informed on Friday by a good friend of mine that we are going to the beach together... 0_0 on the outside I was excited on the inside I was thinking "AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH..WHEN...WHEN...WHERE..
.HOW SOON.." then I snapped out of it and realized "HEY! get yourself together" lol. it's crazy that I have to do that to myself sometimes but I just know deep down that I will b ready for the beach trip. My diet is back on track now that the holidays are over with, so there are no excuses when it comes to food and drinks. Soo as far as some goals.. i think they deserve their own post :)
