I'm a big fan of chili. I think I make it about once per month during the colder months, even before I joined SP. The SP meal plan has an awesome veggie chili recipe. I never even thought about making veggie chili before but this one is really good. I add my own spices of course.
I did my minimum sparkpeople video today for the january challege but nothing else. My legs are exhausted, it's time for a break. Tomorrow I do yoga and rest my legs again. But saturday I'm scheduled for a long run.
Well I thought I'd like the Zumba class, but I hated it! Zumba is definitely not for me! I can't dance and I was the worst person in the class. There was a break around the 30 minute mark and I bailed. I almost cried I was so frustrated. So I went upstairs to take out my frustration on the rowing machine. Well at least I got my cardio done.
