i am back to feeling human again it was a bad few day for me.. drank green tea all day with honey and it helped me a lot..

going on a field trip with my daughter school.. so off for that hope that you all have a great day

i just read a friends blog and it hit home with me.. so a great big thank you Francie.. It is time for me to take back my life and to live a healthy one for the rest of it.. i never really had much trouble with weight until i lost a son and then it was so hard on me and my husband i turned to food and that was it it was all down hill from there.. I know that my son is with my dad in heaven but it sure took it's toll on me.. i don;t talk about M.J . much it still hurts way to much.. he would have been 18 on Aug the 10 .. He was born almost 3 month early .. okay now i am not going there i can't this is about me getting healthy it really is a healing thing you have to heal the hurt shore it up.. i do not talk about Mathew with every one so you have to be special ..

WE HAVE SUNNY !!!! I AM SO HAPPY NOW IF I DID NOT FEEL SO DARN BAD I MAY ENJOY IT..

i HOPE THAT MY BLUE BERRY PLANTS THAT WE GOT WHEN WE THOUGHT WE WERE GOING TO HAVE SPRING MAKE IT.. I LOOKED AT THEM AND THEY HAD BUDS SO THAT IS A GOOD SIGN..

I WANT TO GET SOME MORE OF MY DOGS GROOMED UP THEY LOOK BAD RIGHT NOW WITH ALL THAT HAIR.. IT IS WAY TO HARD TO TRY AND KEEP THEM CLEAN WITH ALL THAT HAIR.. I SO WANT SPRING NOW..

WENT SHOPPING AND COULD NOT EVEN THINK I HAVE A BAD HEAD COLD AND FEEL ALL STUFFY.. AND SO TIRED I AM GOING TO TAKE A NAP I NEED IT I HAVE NOT SLEEP WELL IN SO LONG ..
I JUST CAN'T SEEM TO SLEEP OR SLEEP WELL..

i sure hope we get a better day then we have been having .. i am going to the wemons show this wekend with my sister it will be just us .. i am taking her for her b-day that was the 21 of feb do that and dinner in Seattle going to ahve a lot of fun.. i have not do any thing with her in a long time so it will be nice..
