i don't think that i have slept 8 house in over a year it is more like 4-5 i may get in 6 on a good night so now i am just plain out tired and worn out.. i thought that after the weather changed i could sleep but it has not and the weather is no were close to nice it has been raining on and off all week and it is just dark and nasty .. i need to have a vacation a day or a week or 2 at a spa would be nice lol as if..

I am in your same place. I can't fall asleep until between 3 and 5 in the morning and then sleep until maybe 10 if no one wakes me up. By the end of the week I am exhausted but that has just been my sleep pattern for most of my life. Then I might get a day where I sleep 14 hours straight but it is usually after 4 or 5 sleepless nights. Not healthy and it really effects our weight loss. Erin Report Inappropriate Comment

I WANT TO ASK ALL MY FRIEND 'S TO SAY A PRAY OR 100 FOR MY UNCLE MERLE,
HE IS MY DAD BROTHER AND HE IS NOT EXPECTED TO MAKE IT BUT I WOULD LOVE FOR YOU ALL TO TAKE A MIN AND SAY A PRAYER FOR HIM..

HE IS IN A COMA NOT AT ALL GOOD.. HE HAD SURGERY AND HAD A HEART ATTIC AND SLIPPED INTO A COMA.. HE JUST LOST HIS WIFE ON MAY 20 2010 HE ALSO LOST HIS BROTHER ON MY DAD'S BIRTHDAY ON DEC 31 2009.. I LOST MY DAD JUST 8 DAYS AFTER MY B-DAY 3 YEARS AGO THIS YEAR..

TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY AND I WANT TO HAVE A GREAT ONE SO PLEASE HELP OUT THANKS

May he find peace and safe journey home if it is meant to be. Happy Birthday to you! Let some of your day be about you. It can be a hard time of year for those of us who have lost a loved one at the Christmas/ New Years holiday time. My mother died on Christmas day so I know how hard it can be to feel jolly and smile on the outside when inside you are crying. It doesn't help that retailers put up Christmas decor in October! last week i did not get any up so i got them this time a day early.. it was bathday and i got some sweet ones for you all.. i love them all so much it is going to be shot day for them.. on Friday it can;t be 6 week can it ??

My kids had a great first day of school i am so glad that we put them in a new school it is a bit longer to drive but so worth it.. My daughters were so afraid that they would not make any new friends but they both did.. so that was great..

WE HAD A BLAST AT THE OCEAN GOT A KITE AND HAD A LOT OF FUN THE SAND WAS NICE AND WARM THE SURE WAS NICE JUST A GREAT DAY .. I LOVE TO GO I LEAVE FELLING SO MUCH BETTER..

I CAN SAY ONE THING PEOPLE ARE RUDE EVERY WERE YOU GO WE HAD A GUY WALK HIS DOG RIGHT BY WERE WE WERE SITTING AND THE DOG POOPED RIGHT BY US .. THIS GUY SAYS THE HORSES LEAVE A LOT MORE.. WELL I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT WOULD YOU SIT NEXT TO HORSE POOP ??!!!! REALLY IT TAKE ALL KINDS..
