What a couple of weeks!

After having that ovarian cyst that kept me from exercising last week, my entire family got really sick with some respiratory thing this week. Ugh! So, except for 1 day, I've been too under the weather and too busy trying to take care of my family to exercise. :( I'm dying to "get back in the game," because I feel so much better and less stressed when I'm exercising. I'm hoping that, by Monday, I'll be back to exercising. Everyone seems to be getting better. The one "positive," I guess, is that I've had such a bad sore throat and awful mouth ulcers with this illness, that I haven't eaten all that much! :S

I had a very painful ovarian cyst this past week, and I only got to exercise 1 day because of it. It really bummed me out because I've been on such a great exercise streak. Today, it finally stopped hurting with every move I make, so I'm "back in the game" and got in a great 35 minutes on the elliptical today.

    ooo, I know it had to hurt. Pleaase, just take it easy and gradually ease back into your fitness regime, I would suggest starting back out at just 15 to 20 minutes and then increase in 5 minute increments. Good luck.

exercise issue

I've injured my right knee and foot exercising...ugh! I'm taking 2 days off (this is the 2nd day) to see if it gets better. It really hurts! :( I hate not being able to exercise...already feel blah from not doing it. Tomorrow I'm going to start up again & see what happens.
