As of this morning, the scale puts me at exactly 22 lbs down overall, sitting at 210.6 from 232.6 just 4 months ago!
My official weigh-ins are on Monday though, and I had a rather large weight fluctuation for just two days (214.8 to 210.6). So here are my end-of-the-month weights so far this year, LOL.
232.6 - 01/06/12 - starting weight
228.6 - 01/30/12
224.4 - 02/27/12
220.2 - 03/26/12 - *NEW scale*
214.8 - 04/30/12
My fitness levels have taken a bit of a hit though, since over the last 2 months, the kidlet and I have been swapping off who is sick - I had bronchitis, he caught the flu. I had strep, he caught "hand, foot, and mouth" plus he had an ear infection when he had the flu that we STILL haven't beaten (since March 19! trying new meds, just scheduled surgery for tubes in 3 weeks). So yeah, the gym has been a bit of a wash, because with bronchitis, strep, or pure exhaustion...you're not going to push yourself very hard. But I've still been walking, and when we're NOT sick, I take the little guy outside to play with the other neighbor kids.
Inside the house, progress is slow, but its there. I can see parts of the dining room table and the game-room stash-and-dash hasn't gotten any worse. All but one load of laundry is done, and all clean clothing is put away, just need to fold and put away the clean sheets & baby blankets (two loads total). I'm caught up on my filing for 2012 medical bills for taxes.
Credit cards are currently at $6.8k, down from $10.5k. I used our tax returns to do it, and I still need to charge the airfares I've mentioned...BUT I have a plan in place to get that down to $2.8k (plus however much the airfares run...) by the end of the year. I'm working on coming up with more to offset the airfare, but we'll see how that goes. I fully intend to end the year with it under $6k, and a $4.5k-$5k dent in the debt is pretty significant for one year!
I'm supposed to see the doctor tomorrow about the labwork I did in early April. This will let me know some things to work on before trying to get pregnant with baby #2...I don't want to end up with pre-eclampsia and HELPPS again, so anything that might make a difference, right? Hopefully he'll see enough progress to NOT bring up the idea of diet pills again...

I weighed in this morning at 216.4lbs (it was lower Saturday, before I went and had fast-food, soda, and birthday cake & ice cream...oh well). So I am starting out the 2nd quarter of this year with a headstart of 3.6lbs!
Overall, the kiddo and I spent most of March sick. First I had bronchitis for nearly 2 weeks, then he caught the flu and home from daycare for a week, then pollen season started and whooped my behind. So I got pretty lazy about housework. But the clothes are mostly clean (one load of dirty left to do, plus sheets & towels in another day or so) even if they're not put away. Cat litter is clean, as are the dishes in the dishwasher, and only a few dirties in the kitchen sink. But I got a new feather duster, and I did start putting a dent in the dust bunnies (probably didn't help the allergies...oopsie). I'm going to try to just keep up this week (spring break for the schools) and I'll have my helper back next week, so she can do the "keep up" work while I forge ahead.
Finances - well, the accounts LOOK awesome right now. We got our tax return monies back already, and I moved most of it to the vacation account, so I can use it towards some airfare I need to buy. Some got eaten up in car tags & overspending on birthday mini-vaca's. What I will probably do, it pay off the credit cards, then recharge the airline tickets. I feel safer using the actual credit cards for travel than the debit cards. Now I just need to search out some good deals for airfare.

So far this year, I am down 12.5 lbs from 232.6 to 220.0! If I can hold to this weight for the next week or so (bronchitis has affected my appetite) then I will be at my 1st quarter goal already - a MONTH early! Whoot! My plan is to make sure the number holds once I'm better, then I can get a head start on my 2nd quarter goal (another 13 lb loss)
The house is doing decent - I'm on top of the laundry and dishes, the living room, bedrooms, and kitchen are mostly picked up. Making slow progress in the office, and the dining room is "2 steps forward, 1 step back." BUT I have dug through enough paperwork that I was already able to file my 2011 tax return (yay! monies!) and only have a small, manageable stack of papers left that need to be filed away correctly (well, until I unearth more in the garage).
Okay, so far this year, finances has slid backwards a little...but I'm working on updating our budget and changing some bills (like dropping cable TV in favor of Netflix, after upgrading our internet connection). Both my and Wayne's birthdays are this month (and for him, its the big 3-0!) but things usually calm down a bit after that (stupid car tags!).

I need to loose weight. It is hard for me due to messed-up hormones, but it IS possible. My GOAL for 2012 is to get down to 180lbs, which would be 52lbs, or 1lb per week. I can leave the other 30-40lbs for next year, LOL! (modified from 2010 & 2011 goals)
I want to get fit enough to pass the Air Force fitness test for my age...minimums of 33 sit-ups in one minute, 18 push-ups in one minute, run a mile-and-a-half in 16 minutes, 22 seconds, and a 35.5" waist...somewhere I really have to excel, because while those are the minimums, if that's all I can do, I still wouldn't pass. Finding the time to work out with a baby was harder than expected, but I'm making progress this year, now that he's a toddler. (repeat of 2010 & 2011 goals)
I want to get my house clean and organized for the first time EVER. That means everything unpacked from previous moves, storage items repacked neatly (so I can find stuff without opening 6 different boxes), and put away neatly, so all I need to do is maintain the organization, not fight utter chaos! (repeat of 2010 & 2011 goals) I did get on board already this year, and have tamed most of the house, with only the office and garage being out-of-control. Concentrating on maintaining the rest of the house, and chipping away at the office clutter.
My associates degree is on hold while Wayne completes his masters degree. Then I can work on going back to school (probably 2013 or so?) . Wayne graduates this year, so we can start discussing/planning what's next for me.
I want to get our finances in order, and get out from under our debt. I can deal with a mortgage, time-share payment, and car payment (for now), but I want everything else paid off (I'll work on the other 3 later). Roughly $10.5k for the current balance, progress is slow because we're paying for grad school (see above) out-of-pocket. (Repeat of 2010/11 goal)
I did accomplish my most heartfelt desire in 2010, and have a beautiful 15 month old son to show for it. My most important resolution is to be the best mommy that I can be. And hopefully we can start adding on to our little family again soon.

okay, so I don't have the excuse of forgetting, here are my resolutions to work on in 2011:

I want to lose enough weight to be able to fit into a size 6 by Eric's 2nd birthday (Oct. 17, 2012), which for me is roughly 140lbs, meaning I need to lose about 80lbs over the next 2 years. (modified from 2010 goal)
