Changed my ticker to represent how much bf I have to lose. I need to lose about another 2-3% at MOST. I can NOT be below 17% as I need to keep my cycle regular so we can hopefully conceive easily this winter.

heart rate

Well, my heart is healthy....before I started working out my resting h/r was 66 beats a minute, ahhh over a beat a second. It is now down to 54, whooohoooo. It takes me much longer and with more effort to reach my maximum heart rate, and my heart rate comes down much much quicker than it did before. I am really proud of myself. My lung capacity is greater as well, I am not short of breath and can carry on a conversation while running much longer than I used to, well before starting with my workouts back in Jan, I could barely run for 2 minutes and wanted to die if I had to do it for 3 lol.

Tomorrow I start my bootcamp with my personal trainer Melissa. I am looking soooo forward to it, however, I am not looking forward to 6 weeks of 6am workouts. The bootcamp is high intense cardio circuit training m/w/f and I have my weights on t/th. I am looking really forward to finally reaching my goal body fat%. Six weeks seems like a long time away still to reach my goal as I want to have already reached it, but that is what I get when I slack off and don't put the effort in. Now I have no choice but to put the effort in, 6 weeks, hopefully will fly by, and I am sure I will have to find time to nap when my daughter does, or hit the pillow at 9pm haha.

Well, I took a month off of hardcore exercise and strict calorie counting/timeline eating, I did not gain weight but I did not lose any either. I have been back to my personal trainer now for 2 weeks and am starting to enjoy it again, also feeling the benefits. I had my weigh in and skin fold testing done and since I have started in January, my numbers have reduced a fair amount, the weight I have lost has been 88% fat loss, YAYYYYYYY. Keeping that muscle I have worked so HARD to get. I think if I can do that good with so little cardio and essentially taking off a month, how well will I do if I up my work outs. I have just signed up for a 3 day/4week boot camp hopefully followed by a 3day/6week one with my personal trainer. I think my biggest challenge will be making sure that with all that cardio I get enough protein so I don't lose any lean muscle. Instead of having 3 workout days with mainly it being weights and only 15 min of cardio I will be having 3 cardio 60 min days, 2 weight lifting with 15 min cardio. My goal is 8% body fat reduction by June, I know that is a lot to ask and I am okay 6% as the last little bit is always the hardest.

Today I start pushing myself even harder..
I have been on a steady path of eating healthy and exercising...well okay minus the last week.....but I am back in and pushing harder then EVER...I will push myself to the max for 4 weeks to get myself on the fast track then switch to a maintable speed and lifestlye. Bye Bye to the 10% of fat that has GOT TO GO :)
