I woke up today DETERMINED to continue with my personal challenge! I did the Yoga meltdown Jillian micheals DVD...still INTENSE IMO! but I can now do side planks with alot more ease then I could 74 lbs ago!! :) I worked out on a saturday as well...hard thing to do for me...since they are lazy days.
1 naughty thing...I did have Famous Daves BBQ for dinner...AMAZING lol...and worth it ;) Fried catfish fingers....and mac and cheese with jalapenos ....mmmm

I started on 2/23 I am doing an exersice DVD daily! I am setting it at a goal of a DVD a day for 30 days...then will go from there. I took before photos last night...and weight is at 175 for start of this.
On 2/23 I did Jillian Micheal YOGA MELTDOWN....intense!
on 2/24 I did 30 day shred SO FAR SO GOOD ! :)
My 26th birthday is march 25 so my goal is to see a good change in stress level/ toning/ weight by then :)
Ok so I had my Second daughter june 23 2010. I gained 48 lbs in baby weight I was 248 a few days AFTER delivery ....over the past few months it has dropped ALOT! I weighed in this morning at *drum rollls*............174!!! I am down 74 lbs! I am so proud of myself and for sticking to the life style change! I also think breastfeeding has helped me drop it fast as well...I have been around 1500 calories daily and working out 2-3x a week as well as chasing around a 7 month old and 28 months old girls!
NOW check out these belly shots....still looks rough but one hell of a change I think!
