I deleted everything and starting over

Sunday, September 29, 2013

So I had deleted all my old blogs and I haven't been on here for awhile... when ever I looked here I had seen my old life with my old fiancÚ and I was very unhappy but I now see I miss blogging and it honestly didn't matter if anyone reads it or not I just miss blogging!!!!

ONE of my biggest problems about about sparkpeople is I hate feeling like im letting people down if I am not logged on enough or that I was not on my team enough and where I want to help other people I have to help myself no matter what!!!!

So I love all of you so much and I have missed you but Im gonna try to use sparks again without letting it run my life!!!

    emoticon back!

Everyone will have a unique Spark experience because we are all unique individuals.

I would venture to say though that if Sparks was running your life instead of you running Sparks then there was definitely a problem. Chances are that a lot of the expectations that you felt really were created only by yourself. We get an idea that we have to do so much stuff -- when in reality -- we really don't. The world keeps spinning when we don't do it all.

Hopefully a fresh start will allow you to do things differently this time. Figure out what works best for you, and what brings you the most help, and is doable.

Look forward to your blogs and seeing where you are at in life now! Hope all is well!

This is your journey, you make it what you want it to be! There are enough of us here that when you aren't feeling up to supporting others in their journey some others of us will be doing so. Take what you need from SP, give what you feel up to at the time. I know it really varies how much I can give and I'm sure it does with a lot of other members. If you learn one thing from your journey on SP, it should be it is your choices that matter so make them good for you!

Good to see you back here! Do what you can and don't worry about it. I'd like to be on more too, but my job doesn't allow it. I haven't blogged since January!

So glad you are back - there is a big lesson to learn here for you and I can't wait until you overcome your guilt trips. It's great when a weakness inside ourselves reveals itself because then we can work on it. Bring it all out into the light I say so there's nowhere for any of it to hide. Once it is in the light you can see it and explore it. Everything happens for a reason I believe - so in my books you were not meant to marry that person - you may realise why at a later date, or you may not. Either way it is what it is and not worth messing with.
I love blogging too - it helps me download with like-minded people. I also love encouraging others which is another reason I spend some time each day on SP. It is not an addiction for me, but at the moment it is a necessity.
