    yah i could buy lamb and such im just a bit of a cheepo haha so i'm mixing a few of her recipes and substituting in more chicken, beef, and eggs. Thank you all for your encouragement :)

    Thanks for this vlog! It is very helpful and insightful. I have been watching the infomercials of the Body Revolution, ironically while I am working out at the gym. It looks like a great workout but I had no idea about the food plan....what? You can't just go to your local Wal-Mart and get lamb and callamari? LOL. I guess they are basing it on the meditarranian diet? I would do substitutions if I were you.
Anyway, keep up the good work! Don't worry about progress, it may be slow but you are lapping all the couch potatoes! (that isn't my phrase, I ripped it off from some other sparkperson) but it still applies! Hang in there and you will see the results.

    I love these videos you do! Please keep the update on the Jillian Michaels body revolution because I also am planning to get it!

The bad thing is while I am saving a bit of money before I make the plunge, I decided to try out some of her videos on youtube (which started last night) and I only made it 15 minutes into a 27 minute workout! I about died!!! So I cant wait to see what happens when I do the body revolution!

Maybe in a week I can make it through the whole youtube video and then I will be prepared for the start of the other. lol

    emoticon Hey girl! I am a night shift worker too! (hence the vampire icon). It does take a toll on our bodies - I gained 30 lbs the first year of nights because I would eat to stay awake or out of boredom. Plus, I think I just got lazy.
I enjoyed watching your vlog. I think you are cute - you have spunk and little bit of sass....I like it. Also, the glasses and the hair - totally cool!
I am going to go to your page and read or watch your other blog/vlogs.

    You are beautiful! It took a lot of courage to post this! I wish you nothing but the best with Jillian. I know I like her 30 day shred and I didn't realized she had a body revolution set out. I might have to look at that! I'm right there with you when it comes to not have ANY CLUE what I'm doing! And the clothes shopping thing...I don't even like to think about it! I've been losing inches and I'm going to have to eventually go shopping, but I'm not looking forward to it at all! I'm afraid I'll just be disappointed even though I might be a tad bit smaller. emoticon emoticon

Walmart

When I went grocery shopping today I found that I had walked over to the athletic department. Before the only time I ever really went over there was for biking or fishing suppiles. Now I was looking at everything like a little kid in anticipation of christmas-list making. I guess I am excited about exercise now. Maybe now I have more confidence than I did when I was younger. But I still do not like people seeing me exercising that much haha. It reminds me too much of gym class. emoticon I can't wait for warmer weather because I am going to get a pair of skates! It was one of my favorite past times that I want to return to doing. I was thinking maybe when my goals are met I might join the local roller derby team.

Well exercising is cut back a lot due to some really nasty weather lately. Nutrionally, it has also been a challenge. But despite that I have lost two pounds in my first week. I also found a really cool weight loss generator online that you can make yourself 'now and then' for inspiration. I'm feeling pretty awesome ^_^
