20 pound mark!

WooHoo!!!!!!! The day has finally come that I get to say that I have lost 20 pounds! I am so very excited and also hopeful that I can hopefully keep up the good work and make it to my goal by the end of July. I have lost 20 pounds in 7 weeks and I am LOVING it!!!

OK well I did not lose ANY weight last week. But believe it or not, I was really happy with that news! HaHaHa I went on a trip for 3 days and I didn't work out and I didn't count ANY calories! I was SO worried for my weigh in on Tuesday (missed it on Monday because I was still out of town.) So yesterday and today I have been back to counting everything and drinking water and I might even work out tomorrow. LOL

  


100 calorie breakfast!

OK I finally did it! I had a 100 calorie breakfast! Compared to my usual 300 calorie breakfast, and I was fine until lunch! I even got my workout in before lunch and I still felt fine, I was pleasantly surprised, woohoo! OK well I only have 3 glasses of water down for today, so I will have to work on that!

Shana, I don't know how to reply to your comment, so I'm just editing my blog post, LOL Anyway, yesterday for my 100 calorie breakfast, I was in a hurry and just grabbed a bottle of water and a 100 calories pack of little blueberry muffins. WooHoo!

  Good job Allison. I try and keep breakfast around 150 and lunch at 600, so I can eat more calories at dinner.

I had another rough weekend, calorie-wise... But I got a happy surprise at my weigh-in - I lost 2.4 pounds since last Monday! WooHoo! I hope I can keep it up, I am really enjoying the results! Still working on trying to get in all my water, though...

Well I only lost 2 pounds last week, but I didn't expect much since I had 2 days when I was really naughty, hahaha. But this week I feel like I am doing better - eating less calories, buring more calories and drinking more water. It's only been 2 days since my weigh-in on Monday at lunch time, but I am feeling like I am doing well. Let's hope I can keep it going through the weekend. I will be at an all day scrapbooking event on Saturday and I'm afraid I will just eat the entire time, hahaha - Here's to hoping that I will just drink water instead...

    Just think of all the good you're doing this week! Don't blow it this weekend! If you feel the need to nibble, try popcorn...you can satisfy your need to graze, w/out taking in too many extra calories (if you don't drown it in butter...LOL)....just a thought :) Good luck and have fun!
