So I missed zumba tonight because I had family over for dinner.I stayed within my calorie range I was on the high end but did not go over to my surprise! Well when everyone left I cleaned up and sat on the couch to watch tv, well I guess my body was wanting a workout or something!! I grabbed the 30 day shred dvd and played it on my laptop so I could keep the tv on (talk about multitasking LOL) So I did it and watched tv at the same time, I do have to admit I did not push myself as hard as I could have but I still did the video instead of just vegging out on the couch! I have been tracking everything for 5 days now and I have to say it is becoming a habit. I'm bummed to have missed zumba but had a good time and I will go to zumba tommorow RAIN or SHINE!
