Tracked EVERYTHING yesterday yes even my glass of moscato! and still managed to stay on the lower end of my recommended calorie intake!
At first I thought the tracking was a little time consuming but after a little while it became easier. I plan to track everyday this week and see how it goes. I'm feeling a little sore today but not too bad. I went to zumba yesterday and it was great as usual...zumba again tonight. I also did a ab dvd which I blame for my soreness this am and did the recumberent bike at the gym for 15 min while I waited for the zumba class to begin, while reading the hunger games!! My endurance has improved so much I can hardly believe it!
Do you ever feel like your body is craving a workout?? Well that's how I felt yesterday. I can't believe those words just came out of MY mouth but it's so true hopefully I can keep the momentum going LOL. It must be the weather I spring!
As you may or may not know I have been really really really wanting to get out of the 140's for quite a while now...I has got to happen this week because I'm starting to feel frustrated. The day I gave birth to my son I weighed 140 lbs that was 6 yrs ago and have been packing on the lbs ever since so thats why this little milestone is huge for me....Next week my son will be on spring break so I know I will not have as much time at the gym. So this week I will give it 110% and hopefully it will happen!!
Yup I'm the girl who never learned to swim, I want to swim so bad...When you walk into my gym the pool is the first thing you see and I always see people swimming so gracefully:( Makes me sad that I never learned...is it too late to learn?? I know swimming is a great way to burn calories which makes me want it even more LOL. One thing I know I can do is get my son into swimming lessons asap that way he will learn young.
