When do you change your ticker ? The Hunger Games, Spring Cleaning!

So quick question, how often do you change your weight loss ticker? I always wonder if I change it too soon...

Saw the hunger games with my hubby last night it was awesome!

And today I will continue the neverending spring cleaning that needs to be done...

    I tried a few different choices, but I found that the Exercise Minutes to be most personally motivating. Sometimes I let Child change the background and pointer for entertainment.

    I weigh almost daily. When the trend for the particular number of pounds is consistent for a week or two, then I change the ticker.

30 day shred instead of just watching tv!! I'm so proud of ME!!

So I missed zumba tonight because I had family over for dinner.I stayed within my calorie range I was on the high end but did not go over to my surprise! Well when everyone left I cleaned up and sat on the couch to watch tv, well I guess my body was wanting a workout or something!! I grabbed the 30 day shred dvd and played it on my laptop so I could keep the tv on (talk about multitasking LOL) So I did it and watched tv at the same time, I do have to admit I did not push myself as hard as I could have but I still did the video instead of just vegging out on the couch! I have been tracking everything for 5 days now and I have to say it is becoming a habit. I'm bummed to have missed zumba but had a good time and I will go to zumba tommorow RAIN or SHINE! emoticon

Tracked EVERYTHING yesterday yes even my glass of moscato! and still managed to stay on the lower end of my recommended calorie intake! emoticon
At first I thought the tracking was a little time consuming but after a little while it became easier. I plan to track everyday this week and see how it goes. I'm feeling a little sore today but not too bad. I went to zumba yesterday and it was great as usual...zumba again tonight. I also did a ab dvd which I blame for my soreness this am and did the recumberent bike at the gym for 15 min while I waited for the zumba class to begin, while reading the hunger games!! My endurance has improved so much I can hardly believe it! emoticon
Do you ever feel like your body is craving a workout?? Well that's how I felt yesterday. I can't believe those words just came out of MY mouth but it's so true hopefully I can keep the momentum going LOL. emoticon It must be the weather I emoticon spring!

    emoticon Sounds like you had an awesome Monday!!! I agree that sometimes tracking is a pain, but you can't argue with the numbers when they're right in front of you - lol!! I wish I could say my body craved a workout . . . . but alas, not so much!! You're a great motivation -- keep at it.

    Yay! I'm so happy and excited for you! Tracking REALLY helps me a LOT. And pretty quickly I just got into a habit and now I track throughout the day without even thinking about it.

And yes, I totally crave workouts too sometimes - especially if I'm anxious or stressed or frustrated. But sometimes I just feel like doing something active! It's a pretty cool (though a bit shocking for me) feeling!!!
