Well I am always so inspired by all the courageous Sparkers that post their before and after pictures....I have decided I want to post one as well I just have to find one! As we all know when we are not happy with ourselves we tend to shy away from the camera I know I do. So I will have to search for a pic somewhere, I found like 6 Sd cards the other day in a drawer I am sure I will find a "good" before pic in there somewhere. Although I am nowhere near my goal weight I feel like now would be a good time to post a pic. As far as this past week went I didn't do so bad eating and I went to all 3 Zumba classes and even got a little ST in!! I think I may be becoming a gym rat lol. My gym is adding a Zumba class on Monday evenings so this Monday I will go to that one as well. I'm still not out of the 140's but sooooo close! Hoping and planning for an excellent week I want to finally see 139 on the scale!!!!
Well I had a great week! Although I missed 2 zumba classes this week for reasons out of my control by the way. I worked out at home and made it to zumba this morning. Drank tons of water this week, and did so so on my eating I have been tracking my food and only went over my calories 1 day, and drinks last Saturday...also I added weights to my gym time and eventhough Im sooore I feel great. I got the zumba kinect game I think its great its about as intense as the class itself! So hopefully soon I will be out of the 140's finally. I'm hoping for better weather next week, the better the weather is the more I tend to go to the gym. Must. Keep. Trying.
Oh another thing my once "goal" jeans are now loose!!!! So even if the scale is not moving as quick as I would like at least my clothes are fitting better right?

So Im super excited to be out of the double digit pants size!! I went shopping today for an outfit and I couldn't believe it when I tried on a skirt and pants in a size 10 they were too big! So I tried a 9 fit well but still a little big! So I went for a 7 and that was a little snug so I decided to go with the 9. Then I tried on a really cute shirt in a Large (my normal size) and it too was big!! So I went for a Medium and it fit well. So although I'm not dropping lbs as quick as before I assume Im losing inches! Either way smaller sizes work for me
I can't believe it's almost been a yr since I joined spark!!
So to celebrate I thought maybe this month I won't focus so much on the lbs lost, I will focus more on the journey!! I can tell you right now I have been feeling great the past couple of weeks I have been more active I have attended more zumba classes and I have spent a little more time at the gym! However its all been "lbs lost" as the main focus. I think I need to "enjoy" the journey a little more now that working out has become part of my new lifestyle. I can feel a great improvement on my endurance during workouts, it amazes me!!
Tonight I will sit and write down my fitness Goals for February.
