What a difference a year makes!! Although I have not lost a ton of weight I have made many many lifestyle changes along this incredible journey. So I'm feeling better than ever!! Even starting to train for a 5K...OMG did those words just come out of MY mouth LOL. I printed out the C25K chart today and will begin March 1st its going to be awesome! I am amazed at the quality of the "low carb, low fat" meals I have been cooking! Today is also my 6th day without coffee, thats going pretty well so far. Thank you so much for all of your support fellow Sparkers it really does make a difference!!!
1st 25lbs GONE!!!! 25 to go (I decided my new goal weight is 120) emoticon

Well I am always so inspired by all the courageous Sparkers that post their before and after pictures....I have decided I want to post one as well I just have to find one! As we all know when we are not happy with ourselves we tend to shy away from the camera I know I do. So I will have to search for a pic somewhere, I found like 6 Sd cards the other day in a drawer I am sure I will find a "good" before pic in there somewhere. Although I am nowhere near my goal weight I feel like now would be a good time to post a pic. As far as this past week went I didn't do so bad eating and I went to all 3 Zumba classes and even got a little ST in!! I think I may be becoming a gym rat lol. My gym is adding a Zumba class on Monday evenings so this Monday I will go to that one as well. I'm still not out of the 140's but sooooo close! Hoping and planning for an excellent week I want to finally see 139 on the scale!!!!

    Congrats on your weight loss success and way to go on posting a picture! It's not a proud moment looking at those old photos or posting them, but it is a great feeling to reflect on your journey and to see your success. Can't wait to see them!

Week Recap 130's so close I can hardly wait!!

Well I had a great week! Although I missed 2 zumba classes this week for reasons out of my control by the way. I worked out at home and made it to zumba this morning. Drank tons of water this week, and did so so on my eating I have been tracking my food and only went over my calories 1 day, and drinks last Saturday...also I added weights to my gym time and eventhough Im sooore I feel great. I got the zumba kinect game I think its great its about as intense as the class itself! So hopefully soon I will be out of the 140's finally. I'm hoping for better weather next week, the better the weather is the more I tend to go to the gym. Must. Keep. Trying.
Oh another thing my once "goal" jeans are now loose!!!! So even if the scale is not moving as quick as I would like at least my clothes are fitting better right?

    You weigh about what I do, so we can motivate each other. I just want to go down to 140 and I would be happy. I have done zumba 2x this week and gladiator training, tomorrow is another zumba class. We are going to look into something for our XBox so we can do the dance thing. You are doing really well on your calories and working out.

Finally Smaller Pants while Shopping!!!! Hip Hip Hooray!

So Im super excited to be out of the double digit pants size!! I went shopping today for an outfit and I couldn't believe it when I tried on a skirt and pants in a size 10 they were too big! So I tried a 9 fit well but still a little big! So I went for a 7 and that was a little snug so I decided to go with the 9. Then I tried on a really cute shirt in a Large (my normal size) and it too was big!! So I went for a Medium and it fit well. So although I'm not dropping lbs as quick as before I assume Im losing inches! Either way smaller sizes work for me emoticon
