so not very much physical activity today just regular house cleaning chores. Ate well within my cal range and drank tons of water if was super hot outside again today. Have been reading alot lately mostly about nutrition I love to learn new things.
Well today I did alot of walking! More than 30 minutes worth! I ate within my cal range and drank about 8 glasses of water so hopefully soon the # on the scale will start to drop!
I can't wait until they reopen our gym!
