Hi friends this may seem silly to you guys but I can do sit ups now! I was never ever able to do them before I remember being in elementary school and not being able to do ONE single sit up:( I think my core was just super mega weak or something so last night at bootcamp class I was finally able to to not just one sit up but many and holding an 8lb medicine ball!! must be getting stronger!! Thank goodness too because although people have been commenting on my weight loss the scale is not budging and being able to do sit-ups was great reassurance!
Don't forget to acknowledge your accomplishments friends no matter how silly they may seem.
Hi Sparkfriends long time no blog, so lets see where do I begin? Well I have yet to see 12X on the scale, I'm stuck like chuck between 132-134 but it really does not bother me anymore I feel better stronger and I have been very consistent in my workouts. I have also fallen in love with ST workouts and Yoga...I am not very good at either yet but I am enjoying learning new things. I have received a lot of compliments lately on my weight loss I'm like well I weigh the same so I must be losing inches. Tonight is yoga night I am thrilled that it is now included in our membership, last yr it cost an additional $25. So we have been taking advantage of it:) Zumba is still my first love and I had a great class yesterday. Found some motivation when I found out one of my little cousins is having a sweet 16/quinceanera this may and found a dress that I want to wear and feel fantastic in vain I know, but I am woman hear me roar lol Well my computer is back up and running so I am looking forward to being more active on Spark.
All I want for xmas is to step on the scale and see 12X I really really want out of the 130's I am pretty much done losing and gaining the same 2-3lbs over and over again. As far as workouts go I think I am doing pretty well. I went to Bootcamp class on Monday and Zumba on Tuesday. Today I think I will go to spinning class in the evening. I realize that if I were more disciplined in my eating I would reach my goals a lot quicker...persist progress not perfection...
So what do you want for xmas? and what are you willing to do to make that happen for yourself?
Hi guys! So I stepped on the scale this am it read 132.7 which is only .2 loss from last week but I was still surprised because I was not repeat was NOT very disciplined this weekend. I am excited for zumba class tonight but definitely have to figure out a way to get more ST workouts in...any suggestions?
Totally forgot to blog on Tuesday, but here is where I am at this second week of October . We decided to sell our truck last Sunday and still have not purchased another car so needless to say I did not take my zumba classes this week, but made up for it by walking DS to and from school:) Stepped on the on Tuesday and was happy to see 133.8 woo hoo!! I have been doing tons of cleaning and reorganizing since I have been stuck at home this whole week. Hopefully we can find a nice reliable car here in the next couple of days. Wish me luck Sparkies . As far as food goes I have been doing ok, just need to cut back on the sugar!!! For me that comes mostly in the form of coffee I just love my lattes I will try to add 1 pump of sweetener instead of 2??
Still juicing I may have skipped a morning or two but overall I have been doing pretty well.
