    i get the same way! I have the most challenging time with self control and eating when I'm in a group setting with friends. it's not stupid..its real!! i'm sure lots of others feel teh same way :)

    Yup! I own a bunch of different hoops of all sizes and weights lol has cheap hoops if you don't go all fancy for design. It took me about 2 weeks to get the hang of it but now I can do it without thinking. I just throw on my exercise mix and mainly waist hoop in my cleared out living room for cardio for 15 to 20 mins lol but I can also do a few basic tricks now :-)

My Motivation has gone missing...

I can't seem to find my motivation. It just seems to have taken a vacation without me. It's not lack of education, I know what I need to do and how to do it. It's just a matter of getting off my booty and doing it.

I've realized one thing that may be standing in my way is my expectations. I've set them way too high. I expect to feel happy and positive everyday and that I should be working out everyday and eating perfectly everyday. Well what the heck am I thinking?? No one is perfect and no way is EVERYDAY going to be like that.

I really need to reevaluate my expectations and not set myself up for failure here. I thought I was doing good by writing down my realistic goals but seems as though those unrealistic expectations are still lingering.

  That's bad news. Never let go of motivation. Letting go of motivation is your worse enemy.
