Well I can't say it has been easy every day. A few times I worked out at 11pm at night after putting my son down for the night because I didn't get any time during the rest of the day.
This Sunday, the 10th, was very difficult. I didn't have time at all to exercise and my son was fussy so I couldn't even workout after putting him down. But I kinda expected this so right from the morning I did extra steps, made movements into stretches and took the stairs as fast as possible. We parked far from the entrance of the restaurant we went to and I tried to stay standing and walking at our inlaws instead of sitting on the couch.
I have decided to try for another 15 days because I've been seeing results as in more energy and easier to do but no weight loss. Actually I've been gaining and thats very not motivating.
