Okay, so I am to write about a "trouble goal" this week. There are several so I am just going to choose ONE issue that I have not figured out how to succeed.
I am doing many things right such as: eating right, exercising a lot, gotten my blood pressure and cholesterol under control, etc.
BUT .... it seems that I don't understand how to make certain areas LOOK better. (Example: flappy arm skin, saggy tummy, ... need I say more? :) I am pretty sure you don't want all the details.) But, try as I might to do the correct exercises it appears that I am lacking some knowledge or understanding on how to tone certain areas of the body.
Alright .... enough said!
