I didn't want to do strength training today!

I didn't want to strength train today so I took a long relaxed walk. The combination of being outside in the sun and getting moving made all the difference! I was able to get through the strength training today. I hope that tomarrow won't be as hard to get to things. It is going to rain and I won't feel the same about walking outside. I have to try harder to stay on my food and excercise goals

I have done one week of the program. I was gun ho and then it got hard for me to eat all the food that was in my day's plan. It is easier to get my 10,000 steps in since it warmed up. Tomarrow it is supposed to be rainy. I will have to get creative with my walking. I am excited to lose 3 pounds this week. I know it won't be like that every week. As long as I keep a losing trend.

I am on Day 3 of this program. Right now I can feel every muscle in my whole body! I am not in pain, just a little sore from using my muscles again. I didn't feel like getting up and doing anything outside of getting kids to school. In my heart, I didn't want to give in. It was my body talking to me. So, I made my self do the 10 minute cardiokickboxing video and the 12 minute pilates video. Now my body in line with my heart. Here's to working through the blahs!

I went for a 30 minute walk. It was 53 degrees outside and it felt good. My goal for this week is to walk for 30 minutes every day. I want to get back to running so that my daughter and I can participate in a sprint triathlon this summer.
