So it has been one week i cant believe it!!!!!! I have worked my booty off! lol But I have managed to loose 7 pounds in 7 days. Yes i realize it is probably mostly water weight but i will still continue to do my happy dance lol.
So today i thought i would share my game plane for my next week. Nutrition wise i hope to stay under 1200 calories, I also hope to get my family to sit down to one healthy meal. Fitness wise i want to do 30 min of cardio a day and 10 min of strength training a day. Motivation wise i am going to put encouraging sticky notes on my treadmill, mirror, fridge, pantry, and scale.
Ok so on a different note so "santa" got my son a DS for christmas but now mommy has to carry back to "santa" because it wont stay on. The battery is charged it just will not stay on. Ugh this is just what I need I just hope they will exchange it for a new one. Well that is all for now I will keep everyone updated!
