great start to a new month

So I'm kicking off my day with a great start. Already through with my morning workout burned 180 calories that mean I still need to burn 120 tonight after work. But that shouldn't be a problem since I plan on doing just dance for about 30 min tonight. I'm a little sore today after doing a p90x video yesterday but not as bad as before so that must mean I'm getting stronger right lol. It is amazing how my body is starting to change. I'm starting to see muscle they are small but still it counts! lol.
I'm so proud of my mom she has already lost 4 pounds! She is really getting serious. She brought home a star fruit yesterday. I can't wait to try it since I have never had star fruit before.
So we have decided to tell my son about disney lol. But I wanted it to be special when we told him so I arranged for Mickey to call him tomorrow morning and tell him about a special trip. I can't wait to see his face when I hand him the phone and Mickey Mouse says hello, lol. Then we will carry him to cracker barrel ( his favorite ) and see if he can guess where we are going on our trip this summer. I can't wait he will be so excited lol. Let's just hope I can get in shape before the trip.
So I thought I'd start putting a picture on my blog for well just because I want to to be honest. So here ya go.




Ok so here are my 3 things to work on and 3 happy things.

THINGS TO WORK ON
1: Burn 300 calories a day
2: Get new job
3: Snack healthier

THINGS I'M HAPPY ABOUT
1: Sunny day outside
2: A call from Mickey tomorrow
3: That I am not really sore today ( just a little lol )

    I want to arrange a Mickey call too for my girls to tell them about the cruise. They already know, but it would make it more real that Micky is going to be On the Boat!

I like how you mentioned the things you're happy about too. Sometimes we tend to take the things we SHOULD be thankful for for granted. So thumbs up for that! emoticon

So is mum doing this weight loss thing with you? That's great!!

I can imagine your excitement in telling your son about Disney!! I guess he will be super excited! Happy times!

last day of the month

So today is the last day of the month! Wow what a month! January has been such a great month for me! I'm stronger and smaller lol. So combining the last week of December and all of January I have lost 11 pounds as of this morning. That's right another pound down. emoticon I really hope February is just as great! So here are my goals for February.
Burn 300 calories a day right now I'm doing around 250 so this month I want to get it up to 300.
Loose 5 pounds right now I'm at 139 so by the end of February I would like to be at 134.
Drink 2 bottles of water a day. Right now I drink one a day so by the end of February I would like to be drinking two.
So those are my February resolutions I guess you could say.
Ugh today I did another P90x video and man am I tired. I'm shure I'll be feeling that one tomorrow. lol. Ok well here are my 3 things to work on and 3 happy things.

THINGS TO WORK ON
1: upping my workouts
2: find a new job
3: watch my snacking

THINGS THAT MAKE ME HAPPY
1: The bad weather is over from yesterday
2: Seeing my friend DJ yesterday
3: Eating a super healthy lunch of salad and fruit.

wow what a lunch!

Hi everyone i hope y'all are having a great day so far! So today at lunch I ate 12 sea salt flatbread crackers, 5oz of lite tuna, and about 1.5 cup of chicken pasta. And get this it was only 425 calories!!! I am so full. I'm learning that just because i'm on a diet dosent mean i have to starve myself. It means that I make healthy choices in my food.
Yesterday i did day two of p90x and believe it or not I'm not that sore. I mean yeah my tummy is a little tight but I'm not so sore i can't move like i was with day one. But i didn't want to push myself so today i did a work out video on spark and 25 min of just dance on my wii. Speaking of working out I got a new trophy today for going over 500 min of work outs in one month. emoticon emoticon emoticon I'm so proud of my self. And yayness for my mom she has started eating healthy and working out as well!! Yay mom!! Now if we could only get my dad and my son in on the fun lol. But hey one step at a time.
Ok well now it is time for my 3 things to work on and my 3 happy things.

1: It's my day off lol

    Yummy you just made healthy food sound good. I love how you put down things you need to work on as well as the good things you are doing good. Most people just do one or the other. It's a great outlook I think. Have fun with your sons b-day. I'm sure he will have fun. I have my son's coming up soon too. Need to start thinking of ideas. emoticon emoticon

Hi everyone hope y'all are having a great day so far!!!! Not much happening today. I have started doing p90x but I'm doing it at my own pace i did the first day of it friday and wow I was so sore I could barley move Saturday!!! So to day i'm planning on doing day 2 so wish me luck lol.
Ok so today i thought i would share a few quotes. I admit i did get some of these of other sparkers sites but i can't remember who's.
