I'm Back

Thursday, September 10, 2009

So, I haven't been on in forever, and haven't been following a diet plan either. I started back on today. I ate better, not excellent, but better. I am going to do it this time. I just moved this past weekend, and realized that WOW I am so out of shape, and doing physical activity is sooo hard for me. I was exhausted after just a little bit of moving. I'm going to start my physical activity by just walking at the park with my kids, and focus mainly on my foods. Wish me luck :) I'm going to do it this time

BLC5 PLEDGE

Thursday, January 22, 2009

The Pledge:

I Pledge that during the BLC5 I will...

...be good to my body and fill it with healthy foods and enough water to drown a fish.

...treat myself and my teammates with kindness and love.

...weigh in every week, no matter if I lost, gained, or stayed the same.

...follow ALL of the rules of the contest, and ask Shining if I have any questions.

...ask for help when I need it, and give others help when they need it.

...NOT give up on myself or my teammates, no matter what!

Ok....so it's been awhile :(

Monday, December 01, 2008

Sooo...obviously I haven't done this in a while, but I haven't really been doing everything I should have diet and exercise wise :( I have done really good over the last few days, and I lost 3.3 lbs, and I am also going to attend a weight watchers meeting tomorrow at 6 that I think will really help me. I see everyone on here doing such an awesome job at losing weight, and I want to do that too. I know I can, and I will. I am just going to try and get everything in my life organized and rolling the way it should; home, school, work, husband, kids, their activities, and my own diet and exercise program. Wow, after typing all that out, I have alot going on, lol. I didn't even realize it. No wonder everything has been so hard. None of that is really functioning the way it should because I haven't taken the time to get everything in order. This is the week that I will get everything on track and start new. YAY!!!!! emoticon

3.3 pounds is great. You are doing great. Besides my first 10 pounds of water weight I have lost only 3 pounds. Plus what I gained/lost tomorrow. Hopefully lost.
You have a lot going on. Make time for you...and you will continue to lose.

Week 3: 265 lbs.

Monday, November 10, 2008

I did alright last week. I know I can do so much better!!! I cheat way too much with my food. It's hard when I have my two kids....we do karate, gymnastics, basketball, and when it's late and time to come home, I take the lazy way out, and drive thru. My goal this week is to not drive thru anything!!! Worst case scenario, I am going to run into Subway and get us turkey sandwiches. My goal for next week is 260.

Hey There..I seen your blog today and wanted to stop by and show you some support. It is okay to fall back sometimes, we are all human...now that we have identified what the problem was..lets work on getting to that solution, so that we do not make the same mistake twice. Keep your head up! You are doing great!

Week 2: 268 lbs.

Tuesday, November 04, 2008

Ok, so last week I obviously lost 3 lbs., but I feel I could have done so much better!! My husband and family went out to eat way too many times this weekend, and although I chose healthier foods for the most part, I also drank sodas, and didn't get on my treadmill. It was Halloween and unfortunatley some of the candy my kids brought home was so tempting emoticon
I'm back on this week, and I plan to do 30 minutes on my treadmill everyday, and stay on my diet. I'm crossing my fingers, and if I lose only 3 lbs. again, or even 1 or 2, I will at least know I did what I was supposed to.
Good Luck this week to everyone
