1. Walk 1 hour at the local track (I ordered my lap counter so I can keep track of how many laps I have done but it hasn't come in yet).

2. Make a meal plan for the entire week so that I am eating healthy inside the house instead of ordering out or buying fast food.

    It's my mother's special chicken and dressing recipe. She left it for me before she passed away.

    Thanks everyone! I went through all of my recipes and I have made a list for the week.
1. meatloaf (Monday)
2. chicken/vegetable stir-fry (Tuesday)
3. beef n bow tie pasta alfredo (Wednesday)
4. mom's chicken dressing (Thursday)
5. chicken ala king (Friday)

    Your plan is almost identical to mine! I'm going grocery shopping after work and plan to buy fruits and veggies! Then, if I haven't hit 10,00 steps with my fitbit, I'llwalk around the bayou until I do.

Sunday Night

Well today was good. I went to church with the hubs and today we have been cleaning and organizing the house. I have been doing dishes, laundry and cleaning. Tonight we are having pizza and tomorrow I plan to get back to my fitness routine of walking. I need to drink more water. I really only like Ozarka because it is sourced in natural springs of Texas. I need to get to the store! Tomorrow I will probably go grocery shopping and buy dinner items. I need to create a dinner menu so that I know what items to purchase.

I just treated myself to the chicken and dumplings at Cracker Barrel.
I also had corn, salad and a biscuit. Although I am under my calories & carbs for the day I am hoping the carbs don't set me back.

    Roll your mouse over the "Community" in the upper right of the page. From the Drop Down Menu, click on Spark Pages.

When the next page comes up, click on "Edit Your Spark Page" again in upper right.

In the upper right corner you will see all the areas you can share with others including "Share My Food Tracker"

Click the box next to "share My Food Tracker" and then don't forget to save your changes. Now, as long as your have not check to allow only Spark Friends to view your Spark Page (that's the top box), anyone will be able to see your tracker.

    I do not think it will, and even if it goes up on the scale for a day...it would be more from sodium, and come back down.
I think a meal like that in moderation now and then is good...you do not feel deprived and can stop and return to your normal routine!

The Weekend is Here!

I am happy that the weekend is here! Hubby bought me a Starbucks coffee from the convenient store. It's loaded with sugar and calories so maybe I will just drink half or save it for later, I don't know. I am really craving my tea instead.
