I stayed on target this week eating under my calorie range but all I did was maintain my weight at 242. I was trying to ignore my medical conditions and push through and see if the weight would just start coming off but it didn't happen this week. I see a doctor on Tuesday to get a refill on my hypothyroid meds (levothyroxine) so I am going to ask him about his opinion on my calorie intake - protein, carbs and fats. He might now something!
On the other hand I was diagnosed with PCOS and I haven't found a doctor here in LA yet to help with that issue. My other doctor was back in Houston and he wanted to biopsy me which I was not ready for even though it was just a small procedure.
So, the good news is that I am not overeating and gaining weight. I am working at losing weight, it's just not coming off (YET)
