I wasn't sure I'd get here to exercise, we're getting quite a bit of snow, enough that my daughter decided to stay home from classes, for the first time since she started school. Oh well, one snow day to keep her safe is enough reason!
Anyway, my body's still sore from exercising, but that's good, I'll take it because it means I'm working the right muscles, wonderful news! i'm on my 4th glass of water for the day, and just finished eating lunch. Good thing I love cottage cheese mixed with applesauce (or any fruit).
Even with the snow we're getting, I wish I had boots to go outside for a while. I love snow, the more, the ....can I say "merrier" in regards to snow? Oh well, i said it anyway, not that it'll make any more sense, but what says I have to make sense, right? Makes me unique!!

Better late than never, right. I got my exercise done after running to town and stopping at the cemetary to read to my Dad, but as soon as I got home I got it done. Strange, I'd never care whether I got it done or not, but that's changed. I actually was eager to get home to do my exercises, and I'm glad I did.

I'm not sure what's wrong with my "blog entry" link, half the time it's not working, but that's ok, because I STILL AM!
I'm so glad I'm not like the link and only work when I feel like it, because otherwise I'd not want to stick to my goals, or moving forward. It must be hard to be a blog entry link and not work. Poor thing.
Anyway, Sunday is wonderful, I'm feeling better than every and actually wanting to do things, instead of just sitting around watching tv.
Yep, my legs were sore today, my sides/back, but still, I think I'm getting used to it, and it's a good kind of "sore", if that's possible.
I really need to get some real weights, because the soup cans are harder to grip, my daughter's bf said he has some he never uses that I could have, so when I get them, I'll be all set.

Every day this week, my Husband has talked about making Chili, and I thought he was talking about for supper on Monday, so I had all these big plans to make Salmon Soup (something I've had as kid, my Mom made the BEST Salmon soup, home made, and my husband and son don't like it, but I LOVE It, while I HATE chili.
So that was the plan...so I thought, until we came home from going out to eat for lunch, and all of a sudden he's getting out stuff for Chili.
I was like...really? do you realize we just went out to eat and now you're making chili, when I thought that was for Supper tomorrow night!!
I was NOT happy, considering I'd had all those chicken wings for lunch, and now supper, I had to figure out what I was going to eat. I hadn't prepared to make the salmon soup for my supper tonight, so what'd I have? 1 slice of leftover Little Caesars 3 meat Pizza...plus one slice of Crazy bread. Wow...talk about screwing up my diet plan!!!
*sighs* Men...what can I say....I really believe (at least today) that sometimes they enjoy messing up diets that their significant others are on!!
But you know what, maybe this is a test just to see how I do. True, my DAILY measurements are below, but that one (or was it two) meal(s) were messed up and that makes me feel HORRIBLE.
BUT..on the otherhand, it's one time, and believe you, me, it WON'T happen again. Sometimes a good SCREAM, even if it's inside, helps!

Wow, something must be working, my arms and sides are sore, I've not had that happen, and it's just muscles, I can tell I'm actually doing something, that's GREAT!
I'm a little tired, but other than that, I feel WONDERFUL. Remember, look for that light, because even in the darkest of days, it's there, waiting for you to take hold and use it to find your way back, and you can do this..WE can do this and WE will.
I'm still loving this program, and hope that everyone else is finding all the benefits I have. I've still got a lot to look through, I've found things that make me go WHOA, and I do love it.

Wow, got a good workout today, I was actually sweating more than I had in the past with the same exercises, does that mean I'm working harder at them? I hope so, because it feels like it.
What a great day it's been, well, for me, not my daughters dog, who's wearing a cone because he keeps licking his legs where they were shaved for the surgery. Poor thing, but we have to do it because they were getting irritated bad, so we had to start putting meds on them.
Oops, went off-subject, but I'M BACK!! Anyway, I can really feel that I've been working my back muscles (on the side) because they're a little sore, but I'm glad they are, it shows I'm doing something that's achieving something else. Great, right?
We ended up with about 6" more snow, but that's fine with me, I love snow, just can't get out to walk, but that's ok too, because I have my videos.
I've been loving being able to help others, it may sound selfish, but it makes me feel so good and like I'm actually doing something, THANK YOU! At least I hope it's helping others :D
Anyway, my word for the day? FUNTASTIC and you have a FUNTASTIC DAY!
