My friends here know I am on a crazy mission to get you all to love yourself more. To exercise eat healthy and take care of you. But while your doing that I want to be crazily clear I want you to love yourself and accept yourself flaws and all .
Most mornings I am up before 4am writing , thinking ,pouring my heart out to you guys to get you to care. It's a little crazy because you would think I don't know you, but yes I really do ,we are all humans who have a hard time with self love. We pour our love into our relationships, our kids , our co-workers and friends. Us, not so much , but that has got to change.
I do get paid ,every time you say you love my blogs, or you exercised or ate right , well that's my paycheck and it's the best stuff on earth. As you can tell I am really loving Molly Galbraith's 28 day love yourself challenge. Today's mantra is

If your living your life with negative thoughts about yourself Please Stop. You are special , unique with many talents and good traits and so is your body. Learning to accept yourself flaws and all is a very hard lesson but one we all need to take .
I have joined Molly Galbraith's 28 day love your body challenge. In just 10 minutes a day I am learning to change and love myself more. To accept me as I am . A real living and breathing women flaws and all.
I really hope this challenge comes to sparkpeple because it is awesome.

Ever notice that when some people lift weights, me included sometimes, we use really dinky weights. You will still tone with small weights, but if you want real change and real definition then pick up those big boys. You are not supposed to be able to finish your reps. If you fail before you are done then you are doing it right. If you don't fail then go higher.
Ever try high intensity training and walk away feeling great. Well then you are not doing it right. You shouldn't be walking away at all. It should be more like a crawl. No I am not telling you to get hurt. But I am telling you to fail, that happens when you leave everything you got in your heart and soul on the table.
Are you thinking that eating clean and healthy is a done deal , a walk in the park. Think again you are going to fail over and over. The trick you see is to succeed as much as you can and keep rolling .
Failing is a very important option on your quest for health. It will happen again and again . It is normal and a given. Your job is to just go along for the ride , a roller coaster ride, and don't get off in mid flight. Hugs , Happiness and Healthy Living.

Oh. shoes every women's dream or nightmare. A lot of shoes are not good for your feet at all. They hurt your arches or cram your toes. They give you blisters or tired feet.
Always make sure your shoes fit comfortable and you will be free of a lot of problems. My favorites shoes are sneakers . I wear them all the time but not to bed. Everyone should wear sneakers or keep a pair in their desk .
You never know when you have to run....
After the kids
To the mall
Out for groceries
Far and wide
Out the door
Across the street
Over the river and through the woods
For the glory.
Always be ready to run for your life or towards health.
