Praises for Tae Bo Cardio******!!!!!

Well Spark friends,

I have just completed a new person Goal. I have Tae Bo's Cardio workout and it is separated into 5, 7 to 10 minute sets. Or broken up into 5 parts for me on my computer.

For the first time I got all the way to the 3rd part and felt great. I can feel a lot of progress in my cardio. I was very unmotivated this morning but I made my self do it along with my strength training since I did nothing yesterday BAd Bad.

By the time the first set was over I felt great. Could not believe it could keep up with those beautiful people on there. Mind you I can't kick as high or march as fast as they do, but I was not bellowing like a wounded dog today!!

And I still sweat buckets. I feel soooo good.

Tomorrow here I come!!

Well Spark friends, I have stayed on the path for 7 straight days and I have exercised for 5 days this week.

I gave myself no excuses. This was a great week for me. This is the beginning of the rest of my life.

I am currently reading "Hold it your exercising wrong and
Escaping your Shape by Edward Jackowski.

If your are needing a little more info about how to exercise for your body type THIS BOOK WILL HELP YOU TONS AND BUNCHES AND BUNCHES!!!

Between theses books and Spark, it has given me a great outlook for success. I encourage everyone to take a look for your self.

I have successfully completed all of my goals for today. I have worked out and drank my water and eaven did a little cardio.

I totally enjoyed my workout. That is a first for me. There were two exercises that I did not understand (even with demos) but my Hubby helped. Thank God for a hubby like mine. He is supporting me all the way. (yet having trouble not bringing home goodies to me) LOL.

He showed me a few variations that I could make on a few things and he even did a few himself.

It feels so good to get going. This is totally motovating. I used to do nothing much. Now, I am being active.

Well Blossoms, you go!!






I have just done it. I have just had a great SPARK day!! I exercised just like I was supposed to and I have drank my water and have reached my daily goals.

My hubby and I have just spent the last 5 minutes laughing at my workout story. The devil and the nay sayers in my life can all take a leep. I have completed my work out and I FEEEEEEELLLL great.

I used to be so active and full of energy. But as a Mom and Wife I lost my self. But I am getting it back. I had a crazy wordrobe malfunction when jumping rope but I did not let it to stop me.

There were a few of the exercises that I could not figure out how to do (even with the demo) but I was still able to work out. My husband has even helped me with out badgering me. He is always such a wonderful guy. He is just supporting me and looking out for me, to make sure I don't hurt my self.

He has helped me and now I can do even more exercises. He even did a few with me. I love SPARK PEOPLE!!!

I hope this encourages someone. Please feel free to share the link to my pages.

Just this one day is enough good feeling to motovate me for the rest of the week. I forgot how good it felt to feel your body burn. I forgot. It is a great feeling. I can't stop smiling even if I still have a long way to go.

This is kind of how I feel right now. I have been running all week and have not started my weight loss journey like I said that I would. Talked to a girlfriend the other day and with out her knowing it her attitude affected my attitude. I let it get me down. Dude I have got to get better. I have been reading a book called "STOP, YOUR EXERCISING WRONG" I like it and want to incorporate it in my life.

I am a little scared about this though. But here goes. I am going to try hooping and jumping rope today. I have to start somewhere.

  sounds like fun! exercise is aalways easier when its fun. I'm in AK too and it sucks and its snowey and icey everywhere.. and I really want to start running but its just too cold out ther for me. Theres so much more to do in the summer though, hiking, jogging, even going on a camping trips... I just want the winter to end! emoticon
