    I have to laugh...we did those same hills Sunday, only he had us going DOWN Blandford and Devine. I did get to run part way up Andreson, but amazingly I was disappointed not to attempt Blandford again.

    That's interesting, because I personally learned that I cannot run on trails. I ALWAYS find a tree root or something to send me flying laterally DOWN.
I'm getting too old to crash and burn on a trail. It's walking for me! emoticon

BLC20 Plan

My plan for BLC20 is to stay focused on my health and getting my work outs done.

1) Track every bite lick and taste
2) Strentgh train 3 days a week
3) Run 3 to 4 times a week
4) Have fun getting healthier.
