Well, I just did the weigh in this am for the end of week two on SP--the end of the first week I was down 8 pounds, a lot, too much, but probably a lot of water. Nothing like that for motivating week 2 though.
End of Week 2, I'm down 1.76 pounds, that's .8 kilos, just what I was looking for. I would be very happy with -1.5 pounds a week, anything else is extra....
I did the program well, I'm still sometimes too high on carbs, but doing very well on fiber and better and better on protein. The carbs thing is clearly going to take me awhile to get the hang of.
And I have not stopped things like going out to restaurants, but have slightly modified what I order, and eat light the rest of the day as well, seems to be working so far. I couldn't completely give up restaurants, that would be too sad.
Off to the shops to get some celery--tuna is one of my new best friends, but you can't make good tuna salad without lots of celery and onions.
