Well everyone I am back to try again. Third time's the charm right?
Since I last fell behind in my weight loss journey I have switched jobs and gotten off the medication that was causing my weight gain and the issues I was having losing weight. I think part of the reason I stopped last time was because I felt like with my medication I wasn't going to get anywhere anyway but I couldn't stop taking it.
So here I go again, right from the beginning. My goal is to lose 3 pounds a week to start (ambitious I know) and to exercise for ten minutes a day for the first month, then twenty minutes a day for the second month until I am exercising 45 minutes a day.
I am also attending school part-time and working full-time so I am hoping I'll be so busy that I won't have time to fall into old emotional eating habits.
My new job is great because I am off of work at real people times (530) and I get two weekend off a month so I am going to be able to do things like grocery shop and cook my own meals. Its pretty exciting.
If anyone out there has any advise please pass it along, I need all the help I can get.
