Im going grocery shoppin baby!!!!!!!!!

I finally got PAID!! and I am going to get some more soup! I spent $40 on soup 3 weeks ago and now Im going to stock up on some mo! I plus some fruit and veggie. I gotta get the soup wilth low soduim plus I got these vitamins that helps me to urinate out uneeded soduim so thats great.

My jobie job decided to treat us for coming in on a snow day and I was thrilled!! they treated us with pasta with tomato sauce and sourdough bread! Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!....

To answer your question Yes I did it.
and you know what it was 5 pm and im already at 1300 calories! for the day. I want to pull my hair out! BUT! if I dont eat anything today I will be fine but if I do I will have eaten about 1800 calories today. My limit is 1500.

Oh yeah I forgot the cookie! Im not going to tell you what kind of cookie it was because you might want one and its too tempting so let me be the one to suffer.

Oh yeah I had ran out of money this week due to christmas and paying after christmas bills so i couldnt eat healthy this week ike i wanted to like i did last week. I got paid today and guess what im going to do...I am going grocery shopping!!!!!!!!!!! Healthy grocery shopping. I lost 6 pounds this month because i was eating right and im am going to get back on track. I havn't been this broke in months. Next christmas I am just sending out christmas cards only!

    I hope you didn't stree too much about the high calorie day... You are allowed one every now and then.... Hope grocery shopping went well and you are stocked up on your soups.... : )

    Ya know, January is s drought month for me too. It feels as though they hid an extra two weeks inside the month somewhere. I'm doing my best to eat healthy too and drink more water. You definitely have the right frame of mind! Keep it going ! And congrats on getting PAID!!!!

This is why I dont like working over time!! Because I can't work out like I want to. Today I ate a WHOLE can of wolf chili today with 40 non salted crackers. I ate a total of 1400 calories today and toooo much fat but tomorrow I am not eating but 1000 calories if that. I could work out at 1am-3am but thats too late. I am not working out therefore I have to eat lite! I be dangggggg if I am gaining all of this weight back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i be danged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Also, have you tried morningstar chili?! I love to make chili with the soy beef crumbles (morning star) and talking about GOOD!

I have been sick since friday and can't really do too much, because I don't want to get worse. How ever I have been carefully watching what I eat.

    Subsitute the crackers with WASA Crackerbread and they are GOOD.

I purchased

Wasa Crisp n' light 7 Grain Crackerbread. The serving size is 3 slices (the slice is like a graham cracker sheet) withonly 60 calories and no fat. Plue 2 grams of fiber! No more saltines for me only WASA!

    hi -- found your blog via someone else's -- you know how it is.

I understand the desperation not to regain what you have lost. Its so hard to get rid of it.

I also understand the thing about soup, its safe, and it means you can avoid food, and you KNOW that its going to work. But what it also does is make you so bored out of your tiny mind, that you go stuff wolf chili and non salted crackers.

Its a chore using the food tracker, but wouldn't it perhaps be better to do that - -grit your teeth and work it out, and allow yourself to eat real food? Its a long way to go on soup -- and if you get honest with yourself -- despite you absolute determination to be bored all the way to 150lbs, in your heart of hearts you know it wont happen. I used to think I always new best -- but then if I did, I wouldn't be fat would I??

If I can help at all - -just yell!

Headaches and sleeping all day and eating alot more...Nope not eating!! I have trained my self not to eat late and it has worked. I ate soup late last night but that ok. Usually Im eating whataburger and stuff. Now I see and know how to lose the weight I just need to keep it OFF!! Yes it gets boring eating the same things and eating fruits and veggie and drinking lots and lots of water and you wanna cheat but I am tired of complaining about my weight so if Im bored so be it!!! I'll be bored all the way to 150 pounds!!

I love soups!!!!!!!! Thank god for soup because that is how I have been losing the weight. Soup may not work for every one but it has for me. I learned about soups when I had my wisdom teeth taken out and thats all I could eat for 4-7 days and I lost 5 pounds in 7 days! I weighed 219!! Certain soups have alot of fiber which I like too. Soup are not all I eat because if it was then as soon as I ate solid foods I would gain my weight back! So I eat soup like for breakfast or incase I am really hungry and I dont want eat fast food. Its good to have a few cans of soup in the car during those busy times.

Well this is overtime week at work and I wont be able to work out but on friday and saturday of this week but I plan to walk around my job and eat very light. Pray for me.

    Hey you :) Soup gotta love it. I try to eat it as well but I have to make it myself as I am afraid of all the sodium in the ones in the store. I got you in my prayers hope you can get out there and make the money for the overtime week as well as eating light and getting in some movement into your day.

Eating all of this fiber's got me going to the RR like nothing else but I love it because I am soooo backed up from years and years with out fiber that I need every minute of it. Colon cancer is nothing to mess with. God put this stiff on this earth for us to use it and if we dont then our body's don't function well and then comes the diseases and health problems. Today I had soup for breakfast and soup for lunch. No chicken and rice but I will have it tomorrow. I didnt have time to cook it today...Bummer! but the soup I am eating for dinner has 8 grams of fiber and the chili I might eat has 3 grams of fiber so total right now is 15 grams of fiber. I need 25 total for today. I weight 228 yesterday and now I am back down to 227 hopefully tomorrow I will be at 226. Yeah I am going down down down. I hav lost 5 pounds so far. Tomorrow is weight in on the Cardio Exchange Team. I bought some rice cakes yesterday White Chedder. 45 cal with 0.5 grams of fat. they are delicious! Things like rice cakes were soooo nasty to me. I tried one years ago and I spit it OUT! This time I am eating more than one. Great snacks at the last night hour.

    Funny thing about dieting, is that you're either having to go to the restroom for one end or the other between the water and fiber! LOL WTG on the weight loss and TY for the nice comment! We WILL hit our goals this year!

    Way to go! I hope you feel better soon. Don't eat too much fiber. I understand the colon thing though. My dad had colon cancer.

    i like rice cakes. they've got crunch and that is my addiction. ccrRUNCH!

you're love affair with fibre has me thinking. i believe i get plenty with whole grains and fresh fruits and veggies. but colon cancer runs in my family. i keep putting of the exam which is not wise, but i don't feel sick.

over nov and dec i never got hungry, my eating was out of control and constant. i know i was packed solid with - dare i say it? - crap. it's been nice this past couple of weeks to actually get to feeling hungry and knowing i am giving my insides a much needed break.

    ROFLMBO!!! I was going to comment on that last week but I figured Nah she'll find out hehehe. At least like you said its going to uuhem "clean you out" be careful though you still need to have a balanced diet as well too much fiber is not good. Apples are a great source of fiber plus other great benefits too. Good luck!

Wel I ahve been eating right FINALLY. I am equal..I excercise and eat right all at the same time!!

I am at 227 lost 4 pounds since the first of this month (jan) I have been eating Brown rice with green beans and brocolli with beans and seasoned baked chicken all mixed with cream of mush room soup for he past 7 days. I know this may sound boring but i am loving!! this is the first itme I have been on a diet for more than 3 days. Its called a high fiber diet but to me its a way of eating. I am too scared to try new things because this is REALLY working for me but I will keep a change in mind. So far sooooo gooddd!! I have 6 more pounds to go if I want to loss a total of 10 pounds this month. I wil do it. The MAJOR CHANGE has been not eating after 10pm since I work 4pm-12:30am I have to choose to NOT EAT a thing when I get home. It hurt sooo bad to not eat after 12:30am a few days ago but my body has gotten use to it. I like feeling hungry. Its like I am training my body to do what I say!
If I get hungry I will eat crakers with tomato soup but nothing more. I was goign to heat up a corny dog last night and guess what! i put that stinker BACK in the freezer. Thos ecorn dogs have been in the freezer for 2 months. What should I do with them??

    I went through my house and cleaned it OUT! I took all my white bread and chips and crackers and sugar laden cereals; left over frozen fingerfoods from New Year's Eve; hot dogs, bacon and sausage .. EVERYTHING that I thought would be a temptaton, I packed it up and gave it to my nephew. I went to the store and stocked my pantry and fridge with healthier choices like no sugar added fruit juices and some raw vegetables. Sicne I live alone, I can eat the same thing night after night til its gone - and I am gonna try your chicken/brwn rice bake. I make a GIANT pot of meatless pasta sauce (red and green bell bepper, zucchini, onion, mushrooms) to have handy for those days I feel like I am "too hungry" to cook something.

    Putting the corn dog back--that is AWESOME! Once I get my hands on junk, it's next to impossible to put it back. If you've got a lot of corn dogs, you might take them to a shelter or someplace where they need to feed people, but don't have funds to do it. I'm sure they would appreciate it.

BTW, congrats on the weight loss. And thanks for all the encouraging comments on my page. I know you can achieve your goals! You seem like a very strong person.

The fiber thing sounds pretty good, as long as you're getting a variety of nutrients. I've sorta gotten slack on tracking all my food, but I do use the menu planner to give me my grocery list. That keeps me from buying stuff I shouldn't and causes me to really stock up on fruits & veggies. You know the most exciting thing to me--as I eat well, so do my kiddos. They just think this is the way we eat. Hopefully it will instill some really great habits.

    nice!! dinner sounds delish. when i was single i'd live off the same meal as well and had no problem with it. especially if it was good for me and keeping me off the junk. the bf won't for that tho. lol

4# is great for a month, let alone two weeks. i am hoping to see a pound or two difference when i weigh in friday.

toss the corn dogs or give them to a neighbor with kids. :)

    Hello and great job with making your body listen to you, not eating after midnight. Not sure what to tell you about the corn dogs though? as far as high Fiber goes any time you add a mix of beans in your diet will aid in the fiber Lima beans, kidney beans, butter beans very good sources.
