Headaches and sleeping all day and eating alot more...Nope not eating!! I have trained my self not to eat late and it has worked. I ate soup late last night but that ok. Usually Im eating whataburger and stuff. Now I see and know how to lose the weight I just need to keep it OFF!! Yes it gets boring eating the same things and eating fruits and veggie and drinking lots and lots of water and you wanna cheat but I am tired of complaining about my weight so if Im bored so be it!!! I'll be bored all the way to 150 pounds!!
I love soups!!!!!!!! Thank god for soup because that is how I have been losing the weight. Soup may not work for every one but it has for me. I learned about soups when I had my wisdom teeth taken out and thats all I could eat for 4-7 days and I lost 5 pounds in 7 days! I weighed 219!! Certain soups have alot of fiber which I like too. Soup are not all I eat because if it was then as soon as I ate solid foods I would gain my weight back! So I eat soup like for breakfast or incase I am really hungry and I dont want eat fast food. Its good to have a few cans of soup in the car during those busy times.
Well this is overtime week at work and I wont be able to work out but on friday and saturday of this week but I plan to walk around my job and eat very light. Pray for me.
