I have started running!!!! The weight is falling off!! I just pray I can keep it going and even if I am not running I make sure that I am walking at a speed of 4.2 to 4.3 on the elliptical with an incline of 1.0-2.0. I honestly think walking is a better excercise for me because I feel rejuvinated and exfoliated after my work out and don't even mention the sweat! In the past I never like walking because I felt it didn't help me in the weight loss area but if I walk extrememly fast or run it works just as good as if I was on the elliptical. So what I am going to start doing is doing the elliptical at a resistance of 3 (the elliptical where the legs on the elliptical also move) for 20 minutes and then I am going to walk and run on the treadmill for 40 minutes really fast 6 days a week. I can do this!!!!!!!!! 160 here I come!
