I don't really have a set meal plan but I eat what I want in modetration.
I work out 5-6 days a week and weight train for 30 minutes at least three days a week
I eat a cup of All Bran with a banana and no milk seven days a week I eat a red apple every day
I drink 62 ounces of water a day I eat a can of spinach at least 3 days a week but want to do this 7 days a week
I eat Special K Bars (one or two a day)
I eat an orange 7 days a week I bounce on an exercise ball at work instead of sitting in a chair for 8 hours
I eat a cucumber every day (good for urination flow or something like that. I would look it up if I were you)
Restaurants I have eaten from since I started May 4 09:
Jason's Deli-healthy sandwiches
Subway restaurant-Chicken Salad Sub Footlong-very heavy but the working out helps the heaviness and bloating
once Baked Chicken-I have eaten only once since I started but will eat again)
Boston Market-Baked turkey, mac and cheese, steamed veggie, cornbread (have only eaten twice since I started-very very heavy but working out helps but won't eat this but like once a month if ever.
I don't eat sweets
I keep my sugar intake at 15 grams a day
I drink 3 cups of green tea every day
I eat about 15 strawberry when I feel the urge-this is a great time to eat strawberry because they are so sweet
I eat every thing baked and when it comes to meat I only!!! eat turkey, chicken, fish salmon
I use my food journal at least 5 days a week (slacked off the past 2 weeks but I know food calories and all that stuff like the back of my hand, I can eat a plate of whatever and then be able to tell you exactly how many calories I ate. I have been trying to lose weight for years yall so that is why I know so much about calories and nutritional facts.)
There is probably more that I do but for now this is it and if I think of more I will post.
