Lost one pound. I made a bad decision last night ate very bad plus I haven't been working out 5 days a week. I only worked out 3 days last week but that's ok cause I lost a pound! cant wait to see the weight loss for next week!!!!!!!!!

I don't really have a set meal plan but I eat what I want in modetration.

I work out 5-6 days a week and weight train for 30 minutes at least three days a week

I eat a cup of All Bran with a banana and no milk seven days a week I eat a red apple every day

I drink 62 ounces of water a day I eat a can of spinach at least 3 days a week but want to do this 7 days a week

I eat Special K Bars (one or two a day)

I eat an orange 7 days a week I bounce on an exercise ball at work instead of sitting in a chair for 8 hours

I eat a cucumber every day (good for urination flow or something like that. I would look it up if I were you)

Restaurants I have eaten from since I started May 4 09:
Jason's Deli-healthy sandwiches
Subway restaurant-Chicken Salad Sub Footlong-very heavy but the working out helps the heaviness and bloating
once Baked Chicken-I have eaten only once since I started but will eat again)
Boston Market-Baked turkey, mac and cheese, steamed veggie, cornbread (have only eaten twice since I started-very very heavy but working out helps but won't eat this but like once a month if ever.

I don't eat sweets

I keep my sugar intake at 15 grams a day

I drink 3 cups of green tea every day

I eat about 15 strawberry when I feel the urge-this is a great time to eat strawberry because they are so sweet

I eat every thing baked and when it comes to meat I only!!! eat turkey, chicken, fish salmon

I use my food journal at least 5 days a week (slacked off the past 2 weeks but I know food calories and all that stuff like the back of my hand, I can eat a plate of whatever and then be able to tell you exactly how many calories I ate. I have been trying to lose weight for years yall so that is why I know so much about calories and nutritional facts.)

There is probably more that I do but for now this is it and if I think of more I will post.

    hey PHATA thanksss so much for the comment to my blog!! i needed that soo much I dont want to get bored with my eating habits because its a lifestyle so with your advice i can change my style up alot!!! thank you so much!!

    hey, you are pretty regimented, my only suggestion is that you consider the idea of THE MEAL.

Foods should be consumed as MEALS, even when they are small amounts.

A MEAL is a combination of foods that includes protein, carbs, and fat.

SNACKS are not meals, they are normally SINGLE SERVINGS of foods that come from one of the four basic food groups.

Anyway, I think your current rigid structure might become exhausting over time, but maybe it works for you so that is okay.

I am just suggesting that you look for more variety, and mixing together items like nuts, tofu, or other items to keep your diet more lively and interesting over time.

For instance, my breakfasts

Day 1 - old fashioned oatmeal with raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon, 1% milk
Day 2 - English muffin, two eggs, slice (1/2 oz) cheeze
Day 3 - cold cereal (Honey bunches of oats), milk, glass of OJ, banana
Day 4 - scrambled eggs (2), ketchup, toast, jam, apple, milk
Day 5 - breakfast burrito (flour tortilla, green onions, 2 eggs, hot BBQ sauce, crushed peanuts, cilantro, 1/2 oz cheeze)
Day 6 - 2 - 4" pancakes, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1/2 banana, 3 tbsp syrup, 1% milk, 1 scrambled egg
Day 7 - FAST

A woman could just reduce the 2 egg days to 1 egg and be eating VERY healthy for breakfast. With the exception of cereal day, most of these breakfasts get me through to lunch time quite easily. Oh, and I usually fast on Sunday mornings, just my own habit, but I find Saturday evening is my 'weak' time and if I over eat, it will be then, so going to lunch on Sunday usually makes the difference, and I feel better too.

Lost 3 pounds!! 16 pounds lost since May 4, 2009.

Its hard work and much discipline!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will discuss what all I am doing in another post.

ok so TOM is visiting and he prevents me from losing the 3 pounds i thought i lost but ohh you just wait, next week is going to be a big loss because TOM will be going back on vacation!! Can't wait! I am doing it all healthy I promise! I only eat about 1600 on average a day. I hope I continue to eat to live and not live to eat. So far so good.

I lost 6 pounds but i say i lost aobut 4 because i worked out before i weighed in but we shall see if its true or faux next weigh in. I have cut out eating at night. I dont eat 6 hours before bed so far it seems to be working for me thank god!
