I'm ok so far but I realized that I can't say i'm going to eat this to lose or I am going to do this to lose. It's now a LIFESTYLE so what I do now is what i need to be doing for life. I am going to eat what I want. I lost 3 pounds eating what I want and not that chicken and brocolli stuff I was eating every day. Thats why I failed because that stuff got boring and nasty. Now I try everything but in moderation and I make sure its all healthy or somewhat healthy. I still eat sweets but its not more than 150 calories and i eat it only one a week if at all. Now I will say that I stay away from pizza and will only eat it once a month or not at all. i cant explain every thing I am doing because Its a longggg list but I do log my food so I will just make 'that I am not going over my calories and other goals. If I do i won't fret, because tomorrow's a new day. if you read this blog and have suggestions please please share! I am not perfect so I need as much advice you can share.
