Im losing it!

Im losing the motivation!! I dont feel as up lifted! I just had this feeling about 15 seconds ago so I had to make this blog right away! I feel terrible..I have worked 4 extra hours at work following an 8 hour shift for 3 days in a row so my excercise has been limited. I have only excercised on monday of this week. I dont work overtime tomorrow or friday so i am going to work out first thing tomorrow morning around 11 or 12 am before i go to work at 4pm. I cant let go now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am at 224 today but I know I will be back at 222 tomorrow if i work out today. Hopefully this is just water weight. . I cant give UPPPPPPPPPPPPPP I WONT GIVE UPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP I AMMMMMM NOT!!! I CANT

I HAVE COMPLAINED FOR TOOO LONG!!!!!!


Ok so I tried what I posted on my page about the talking to your self before and after you eat and it worked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not eat the other half of my wrap, chips and salsa. I have went over on my calories by 1570 (70 cal over) because of the brownie and jack in the box for breakfast. Imma try not to eat anything else tonight.

    I read the comment you made on my page and was soooo motivated! You know how to do it! I believe in you! You believe in You! That means you can do it!! I hope today went better than yesterday! Did you get your workout in in the morning? If not "Drop and Do 15" he he he... never been in the service myself but the thought came to me!

Good luck! Get back in the groove! You have a beautiful page and are very motivating! Stick with it!

    Hang in there! if you don't get your work out in make it up the next day, moving around is exercising, walking, if you sit at work do sitting leg lifts on breaks sit or stand pretend you are tugging on a heavy rope and pull down same thing pull the rope up act like its so heavy you'll be amazed at the work out you get(jack lelane?) he also did aother like you were pushing something heavy away from you ( isometrics) things you can do at work on lunch breaks. LOL but might want to do them privately or someone might wonder about you hahahaha but it works builds strength too

    Just do it gf. It might be hard to start exercising after taking some time off, but once you get started, you'll feel awesome again. You can do this!~

I can go shopping for some shoes now that I have some money. I know shoes as a reward for weight loss is BLAND but I really do need some new shoes to even wear now since I have to dress up so much now at work. I am going out saturday to look for some.

    Congratulations! Weight loss can be measured by other things than the scale. It's great when you can fit into something you couldn't before too. I have several items that are too small for me now, but I will keep trying them on until I can get into them. One of my favorite commercials is the Yoplait yogurt one and the itsy bitsy teeney weeney yellow polka dot bikini. Now you will never see me in one of those, but I think it is a good idea to have something you can look at every day to remind you to keep on track.

I had a sweet tooth friday and I though hmmm choclate cake..Well I did It!! I made a whole chocolate cake and had no one to share it with. I tried giving it away but my friend had went out of town. My aunt went out of town. So I ended up eating two slices a day (470 calories a slice) UHHHHHH!!! I and at 224 today but plan on getting back down to 222..I ammmmmm mad at me and I am not going to bew tempted like THAT again..Thats like eating a whole pizza bu my self...I might as well have done that!!

    Dont be too hard on yourself, we have all been there. And think about all the good choices you have been making.

maybe next time just have a piece and throw the cake away. Garbage is garbage whether it is on your body or in the can.
