First, I hope you have stuck with BLC for the full 8 weeks, & since you're reading this, I'd like to think you have. I know that there must have been busy, but sticking with a goal is new for you & I'm excited that you've accomplished it. Take it day by day, & it won't be insurmountable - if you have a rough day, just get back to it the next. Don't discourage yourself, stay positive & enjoy the progress, you'll get there soon enough.
Second, I hope you're running at least 5 miles straight. At this point, your longest run has been 3.7 miles. I'm excited to see where you are 8 weeks from now, I can't wait to see how far you've gone - both literally & figuratively. I hope you've followed the training plan Dustin wrote out, taken breaks when you needed to, & just pushed yourself through.
Third, 8 weeks from now is your best friend's wedding. I want you to feel happy in your MoH dress, & I hope the tailor did a damn good job with your new measurements! ;)
Fourth, I hope your arms look slimmer - that you've used your weights & started strength training regularly, even just a couple days a week. I know it's not fun, but hopefully in 8 weeks you won't mind it as much.
Finally, fifth, I hope you've lost 18 pounds - it's smack dab in the middle of the losing weight range you want to be, so you can do it. Watch your eating, & keep plugging away. You can do it.
