I'm finally under 160....again. I've been there about 4 times but my body seems to think 160 is perfect. This time I am going to stay under 160, and keep dropping. I am DETERMINED!
Had a pretty good week this week. Missed my walk yesterday and today is pouring buckets so my exercise will consist of runs through the rain to the marina laundry room, and with groceries to the car and boat.
DH and I determined a few weeks ago that we were spending too much money and calories eating out. We had one meal out since October 24, and he ended up having one business lunch out, and we are both have made some progress again. I love saving money and calories at the same time!
Still haven't tried out the hula hoop. I think it is going to be a challenge. Tomorrow if it is nice I'll give it a whirl after work. I hope it will whirl anyway!
