Continuing with my slightly diminished running to make sure I don't hurt myself while I wait for expert help....I am thinking of calling the sports medicine place DH went to. I want to be seen sooner, and I am not sure I really need a podiatrist, because it isn't really a foot issue; I was going to use him for a starting point, but the appt is over a month away. That just really isn't acceptable to me. I did about 2.2 miles this morning, while meditating on what it would look and feel like if my feet were pointed straighter like they should be. A little visualization can't hurt! Last night I got in a 48 minute bike ride with DH to try and make up for the decreased running. I burn a lot more calories on the bike, that's for sure!
