Today I only did 2.6 miles. Dinner last night consisted (accidentally) of bread with olive oil & vinegar, some french fried, some onion rings, and 2 glasses of wine. After that I was too full for real dinner so we never got to it. I woke up about 3:30 and couldn't go back to sleep right away, then I got hungry. Finally fell asleep sometime after 4:00. So I was a little tired starting out. I decided to run to work and back and see how far that was. My high heart rate beeper didn't go off today until I had been running for closer to 5 minutes instead of 2. After my five minute warm up I ran all the way to work, then on the way back I did 5 sets of sprints, then walked home the rest of the way. Total time, 35 minutes.
