Today I ran a 13 minute interval, then a 3 minute interval, then did 2 one minute sprints. Total 18 minutes run time, 14 minutes walking. I think I have my pedometer correctly calibrated now and if so my distance is 1.93. So I need to add another 1.17 miles between now and June 3....and maybe get faster.
My new shoes seem good, and I love my fancy toe socks (by Iniji, with rainbow stripes).
My runs this week have been somewhat tainted by the dead coots I keep seeing, in pieces. Ick. Makes me wonder if something fishy is going on.
