Well, I've just completed run 50. At this point I can run for 15 minutes at a time. Somehow I thought I might be farther along, but then again, I'm not racing anyone but me. I suspect perhaps I should push a little harder. Muscles seem to be the biggest issue. The longer the first interval gets, the harder it is to do a second one. That also seems to be the obstacle to a longer first interval. I suppose time and repetition will fix this. I think I have more energy, though it is hard to tell at 9pm. I definately have more stamina. The weight loss has been minor, though I think I've dropped about 8 pounds since July. The last 10 pounds is really proving hard. But I am sure I am healthier, so if I didn't lose any more I think I could probably live with it. But I think I can. I suspect as I can run faster and longer I will drop more weight. Today's totals: 21 minutes running, 11 minutes walking.
