The extra rest helped. Today I ran for a 15 minute interval, possible even 16, but I had another equipment malfunction about 4 minutes in that slowed me down while recovering, so let's call it 15, a nice increase from 13, and it felt good. The second interval was 7 minutes, for a total of 23 minutes running and 12 minutes walking.
It was also cool as I really didn't feel like going--because I only had 5.5 hours sleep, and I stayed up late drinking wine with some of my best guys from work. But I dragged myself out anyway, and had a good run. A good chunk of it was windward too. Woo hoo!
