Today I just really needed to prove to myself I could push past that 10 minute interval wall I seemed to be stuck at, so I decided I was doing 11 minutes, then at 11 I decided I could do 12. I did a 12 minute interval, a 5 minute, and a 3 minute, total 20 minutes running, 11 minutes walking. I think also I discovered today that I have been picking up my pace gradually wihthout realizing it. I slowed it down a little and that felt better too.
