Well, today should have been run 23, but I was so knackered this weekend I just couldn't do my Saturday run. Sunday I didn't feel any better. So I missed one, but I'm still going. Today my goal was 3 6 minute intervals, but I may have done 2 6's and a 5. I lost track a little on the last one. The first interval was really hard. The second 6 felt good and gave me confidence for number 3, but that one was harder again--but not as hard as the first one. I'm struggling a little with feeling like I should be able to run longer. It feels like my lungs can't handle it. I feel like I should be up to at least a 7 minute interval, if not 8, but the six minute interval is just kicking my butt. Nothing for it but to do it again.
